I wasn't terribly impressed by the defense atty. Didn't seem very aggressive to me.

I think he did ok. he made the talking points for tv that needed to be made.

me three......but the comments here by the legal types make me feel better.....not having ever been in court since some kids stuff 40 years ago, I am ignorant of the subtleties in proceedings.......that said, it DOES seem as if Nifong will have to share produce all lawful and reasonable evidence/discovery or be taken to task for refusing.
