Yes. The boys found the cell phone and gave it to the police.

While I feel sorry for the accused here (I dont believe the whore), they maybe will think twice about the type of 'entertainment' they choose next time.
Wanna bet this went on every weekend?

That slut Mangum had better seriously consider retracting her bogus account of what happened in that house.
LIEfong's "we haven't gotten around to it" BS about the cell phone records was laughable. A fair judge would have formally reprimanded him for his consistent failures in sharing discovery with the defense.
Your are spot-on about Seligmann. This case has nothing to do with whether he is innocent or not.

That smucky, putzy smirk said it all.
How inappropriate and unprofessional.

"retrieved from the cell phone in camera" as opposed to the camera in the cell phone? :)
I thought most cell phones had nonvolatile storage on flash memory so that you could change out the battery without losing all your stuff?
To: investigateworld
I see we're thinking along the same lines regarding why Nifong hasn't had records in that cell phone retrieved.

I thought that was just a possibility that the phone belonged to a third-party. Was that confirmed that it didn't belong to Crystal?
To: Locomotive Breath
"in camera" in this case means "in front of and under direction of the judge" --latin--it may be "en camera"

I don't have any details on that.
Actually in a serious crime like this an investigator would want the account held open as the new user would give a glimpse of "who's who in the zoo".
To: Carolinamom
Would your county be a good choice?
Which city do you favor for the trial?
Wilmington?

In every college across the country. These boys are not the exception to the rule.
They had a stipper and beer.
No pot
No meth
No drug paraphenalia
No moustache (LOL)
I know there are those who will GASP!! but these kids seem pretty tame.
To: Locomotive Breath
No, no. "In camera" means in the judge's chamber -- outside of the public courtroom.
To: RecallMoran
I'm being a wise guy. Didn't you see the : )
"camera" is Latin for "chamber".

They wouldn't have had the stripper if the girls hadn't been gone on spring break. They were feeling sorry for themselves, having to stay on campus while everyone else was in Ft. lauderdale

Especially you have to consider this is a SPRING BREAK! party. Consider what everyone else does at that time, only the math club can be tamer.

Cell phones differ in how they store stuff. I have an extra battery and charger for mine, but I don't use it because I lose stuff when I swap batteries. The defence is correct to be worried.

They do....my cell's battery has died many times, sometimes days before I re-charge it...and all my memory is always saved..
