Reporterette on Fox said that the accuser "worked full time"................WHERE?
heckler said *you're a dead man walking* to the accused...OMG.
_________
Well...I am Nifong is happy with himself for creating this mess.
They low life pig who yelled that should be arrested for maing a threat.
And I want them to sue Duke so hard that Duke names its endowment the "Seliegeman, Finnerty and Evans Foundation".
What are you watching?
Hard to miss THAT remark threat.
Did the FnL (efin liar) make it to court today?
They can't move the case out ot the state, just to a different county.
I believe it was said outside.
I would be screaming to high heavens if this was my son....how dare the powers that be allow such blatant threats! I can't believe this!
Can you sue a prosecutor?
If you can, would I be wrong to assume we (the taxpayers) foot the bill for any judgement against him?
If Howlin could be jury foreperson, I'd go for Raleigh!
Ah, OK.
Just switched from Fox to CTV as the black anchorchick threw it to a commerical. Wahhh! What did I miss?
Some reporter today also said that the alleged victim wants to be a lawyer. Doesn't she have a criminal record, or were all charges still pending? And if she does have a record, how could she get a law license?
And I want them to sue Duke so hard that Duke names its endowment the "Seliegeman, Finnerty and Evans Foundation".
Duke will be known in the future as Seliegeman-Evans-Finnerty University......
Headline on WRAL:
Judge Denies Request For Reduced Bond For Suspect In Duke Lacrosse Rape Case
Tell me, is that the news out of court? (rhetorical)
I'd be happy to be her right hand man.
And Nifong just might be dumb enough not to screen Howlin out.
Yep, I hope they do sue Duke and the judgement is so large that it becomes a shot across te bow of Harvard, Stanford, Washington U etc about the dangers of throwing your students to the wolves of PC and hiring and tenuring people who hate your students for their race or sex in the first place.
I'm thinking Winston-Salem or Wilmington. Perhaps Charlotte. Not Raleigh. Not Fayetteville.
