Certainly it must be moved out of Durham. I don't know enough about Raleigh to say it could not be tried there. I would think Greensboro as many have said here or Charlotte would be the appropriate places.
Concur. I'm amazed the judge didn't order the man removed and charged with contempt of court, at minimum.
