How else would they be able to look at a sperm sample and know who it was? Not everyone out there has a DNA record that the police have on file.

We thought that because in the first defense DNA press conference they stated that the report indicated there was no DNA in or on her body from anyone to indicate any sex had taken place, period....

I am not surprised by the extra semen. I felt that Mr. Nifong was gambling with something.

This non-LAX match simply highlights why a prosecutor should let the police complete their investigation before taking a case.
