Why wouldn't he accept a faxed copy of the result? Is it unusual for the DA to personally pick up these results?

Let's see what the results say and then I'll tell you how much.....oops I mean why he wanted them personally. Is the DA himself the proper chain of command with these samples??

How did the samples get to Burlington? Knowing this District Attorney's methods, the samples were probably faxed.
