Thanks Tex. Am I reading this correctly?

According to defense attorneys, police found four stick-on acrylic fingernails in a trashcan at 610 Buchanan Street, the house where the party took place. The tissue connected to the possible DNA match was found under one of those fingernails. But defense attorneys said the third player accused lived at the house and it is no surprise that trace amounts of his DNA could be found inside his own trashcan. They also said they don't believe the type of fingernails that were found -- the kind that are applied with an adhesive strip -- actually ripped off during an attack. They don't believe the fingernails were ever applied and they say they have pictures to prove it.

The fingernail was never applied??????Did she throw the nails at the attackers?

Somebody help me here. What kind of nails go on with an adhesive strip? Does this mean they're peel and stick? My Mom told me to never bite my nails; I'll have to remember to thank her.

Lol. I have always thought that whatever kind of fake nails one wears, during a scuffle they all would pop off. It would be a surprise and/or something to talk about if they did not pop, break off.

For the amount of reported time that the complaining witness was inside the Buchanon residence I don't see where, how the cw had time to attempt to glue on fake nails.

She probably left them on the sink or something and one of the boys threw them in the basket. That would be a norm.

If one of these nails come off, there is always some sticky residue on the underside of the "false" nail. You take the old sticky off your real nail, put a new sticky on your real nail and press the false nail on.

I suppose I'll get a set tomorrow to prove the common scenario. Now, how hard do I scratch?? I stopped using them BECAUSE they come off so easily. Sometimes they even fall off in the spaghetti sauce!! :-) (Never did find that one!!)
