Okay, my parents just left and I'm trying to get caught up.
Is this right:
Nifong distributed some discovery reports to defense attorneys. The reports do not show evidence of rape but do show she had sex with a man whose semen is on DNA record with the police department but doesn't match anyone on the lacrosse team.
Have I missed anything else important?

H... the Duke after action report says 12:41, but the motion by the defense for Nifong to recuse himself says she made the call at 12:53. That claim is in a section of the pleading that the defense attorneys say are stipulated as agreed on facts by both sides...
I think the Duke report that the call was at 12:41 may be a boo boo...

I don't know where xo's been, but IMO he/she knew something. Too many references to what already has taken place. I've gone back to xoxoxox posts by searching for "user," and I've read them over and over. I just can't figure out the chess stuff. I was frustrated about the riddles, too. But xo always said follow the DNA, posted the article about determining the race thru DNA, and said it's someone higher-up. That's why I said before that I feel whomever had sex with her before she was swabbed was a black official. Then again, xo could have meant that they (police/DA) were covering for her because she was the mistress/escort/lover of someone higher up.

District Attorney Mike Nifong said he picked up the complete report on the DNA tests today from a private laboratory, LabCorp, located in Alamance County.
“The test results were given to me personally in Burlington today,” he said.
