Nifong distributed some discovery reports to defense attorneys. The reports do not show evidence of rape but do show she had sex with a man whose semen is on DNA record with the police department but doesn't match anyone on the lacrosse team.
Have I missed anything else important?
Nifong lied when he said there were no vaginal swabs taken.
He leaked the report Wednesday. Cheshire got it 5:02 today.
Cheshire also said she IDed guys that even in Durham. He said the fingernail was handed to the police by the guys in the house who had also placed it in the trashcan. He kept asking the press to reread her discription of the brutal rape that left no dna,lubricant, etc. He also accused Nifong of race baiting and not cooperating with the defense as well as leaking to the press.
