As reported Thursday, the results show a partial DNA match with one of the lacrosse players who has not yet been charged.
The private lab tested finger nails, hair samples and other pieces of possible evidence. The report has scientific data, which defense attorneys began reading Friday afternoon to determine if there are any other matches involving the alleged rape of an exotic dancer at a lacrosse party. Defense attorneys said the first round of DNA results did not show a match.

NOW we have DNA! I have no idea who that Leslie character is but she went over the side of the boat with the AV too--I really don't understand. Does she really think DNA from a sticky fingernail means rape?
Best guess....We're going to need a DNA expert at FR....and look into why this lab was selected among the many, who works (funds) the lab. My guess is that they have run out of material for further testing.
This 3rd kid is the one who made her perform oral sex on her I believe. Condoms are one thing but don't tell me there wasn't a hair of his on her!! Were her false teeth in the basket, too because she apparently never thought of biting!!
Beats me! I've about come to the conclusion that those 2 hens and NG and Wendy Murphy have never actually had sex! Perhaps a sex ed class and an anatomy course would help explain a few things....

I think, according to the lineup trancript it was Reade S who forced the oral (and I agree--unless there was a gun to my head, I would think of biting before clawing). Incidently, the new word out is that RS got a quickie and left! Mind boggling.
Why wouldn't he accept a faxed copy of the result? Is it unusual for the DA to personally pick up these results?
How did the samples get to Burlington?
I just read all about tpartcial profiles and how faulty they are for a criminal case, too easy for a mistake to be used to try and convict someone.

Look...I'm not saying things don't happen but if you've just been raped....you don't walk out on the porch and smile for the camera. You're crying. Your hair is messed up. Your makeup is smeared AND YOUR FRIEND takes you directly to a hospital or police station...not a mall. And your FIRST complaint is rape....not an afterthought.
Let's see what the results say and then I'll tell you how much.....oops I mean why he wanted them personally. Is the DA himself the proper chain of command with these samples??

attempt to cast her as not worthy of justice, and deny her her day in court.

every measure of vilification imagined. The "Our Hearts" effort is mounted
not only to remind the public, despite the negative press, that besides being
an accomplished college student and US Navy veteran, the survivor is also the
mother of two children who was struggling to make it for her family. She

makes no mention of Duke University, its lacrosse team, or any of the
indictments. It makes no judgment of the guilt or innocence of anyone
involved. But it is designed to offer expressions of community support and
caring to the alleged survivor, who has undergone unprecedented, and some say
unjust scrutiny, long before any evidence is heard in court.
The press conference is scheduled for Friday, May 12, 2006, at 11 a.m . at Triangle

Well she did get that "A" in a "difficult course" at NCCU. Hasn't graduated by age 27 though.
"US Navy veteran"
With a General Discharge coincident with becoming pregnant by a man not her husband.
"survivor"
I don't think they're talking about the sinking of the Titanic. Implies she was raped despite their protestations later about guilt and innocence.
"mother of two children"
Even a junkyard dog can have a litter. She certainly wasn't home taking care of them on the night in question.

By stripping and who knows what else while working for an escort service. Sounds like a great way to accidentally add to her family.

Except for the fact that she's a "survivor" as noted above.
