ABC radio is reporting that the semen found on the stripper belonged to her boyfriend. (Just thought I'd repeat that)
I see you just joined FR yesterday.
Friend of the stripper or what?
Nifong better think twice before indicting Evans on this flimsy evidence.
No, we haven't.
Which boyfriend? ;oD
I thought I'd repeat another freepers report that ABC was reporting that the semen was her boyfriends. I'm sure she has a LOT of "friends". LOL
m didn't even thank me for the ping to the post. Hmmmmph.
Check out the comments to others, a little later in the thread.
Okay, I thought I knew a lot, but I do not know how one does that.
Early on it was reported that she said during the rape exam that she had not had consensual sex for three weeks. Later I read that she said five days.
No you're "the strongest man at last"
We've been talking too much of what is said by the press on Blind Faith. Sorry couldn't help myself.
Traffic, John Barleycorn
There were three men came out of the west
Their fortunes for to try,
And these three men made a solemn vow
John Barleycorn must die.
They've ploughed, they've sown, they've harrowed him in
Threw clods upon his head,
And these three men made a solemn vow
John Barleycorn was dead.
They let him lie for a very long time
Till the rains from Heaven did fall,
And little Sir John sprung up his head
And so amazed them all.
They've let him stand till Midsummer's day,
Till he looked both pale and wan.
And little Sir John's grown a long, long beard
And so become a man.
They've hired men with the scythes so sharp,
To cut him off at the knee,
They've rolled him and tied him by the waist,
Serving him most barbarously.
They've hired men with the sharp pitchforks,
Who pricked him through the heart
And the loader, he has served him worse than that,
For he's bound him to the cart.
They've wheeled him around and around a field,
Till they came unto a barn,
And there they made a solemn oath
On poor John Barleycorn
They've hired men with the crab-tree sticks,
To cut him skin from bone,
And the miller, he has served him worse than that,
For he's ground him between two stones.
And little Sir John and the nut brown bowl
And his brandy in the glass
And little Sir John and the nut brown bowl
Proved the strongest man at last
The huntsman, he can't hunt the fox
Nor so loudly to blow his horn,
And the tinker, he can't mend kettle nor pots
without a little barley corn
semen vs male genetic material....
Cheshire parsed that carefully, twice. "xx" and "xy" distinguish male from female, I believe, in any human cells. "Male genetic material" could be loose epithelial cells, smegma, saliva, a hangnail, etc, etc, etc, or semen.....so far, I've seen nothing that identifies whatever biological material revealed the profile of this as yet unidentified non-lacrosse player.
Peob just a nit-pick thought, but I can't imagine why he wouldn't just say 'semen' if that is what it is.....
I remember the whole "oral sex" craze with the Dems in re Bill Clinton and Monica. They kept using that phrase over and over in the MSM. ("Oh, it was "just" oral sex. Oral sex is not "sex" "). And now there are problems with young students doing "oral sex".
Hmph.
I am not a severe critic of the grand jury system, and it does serve a good purpose. However, when people are being indicted on flimsy evidence, the system's fairness needs to be questioned and one wonders whether it's time to place restrictions on it.
One other disturbing question I have read on the various threads is similar to this: "In how many other jurisdictions in this nation do they have runaway District Attorneys who use the grand jury system to persecute instead of prosecute?"
When I first encountered a post by Sir John Barleycorn's, I wondered if he was referencing Jack London's book (which I read circa 1977).
He said, "This man is NOT a university student." (Earlier he had said that it was not a Duke University student.)
Ha!
I guess that answers the question about who called Bob Bennett, huh?
