I apologize. I jumped to a conclusion based on your use of the aphorism "sky pilot". I have always taken that as a slight if not an outright insult.

In WW2, "sky pilots" was a slang term of endearment by our troops referring to their chaplains. An excerpt from a popular song of the time........

"Down went the gunner, a bullet was his fate
Down went the gunner, and then the gunner's mate
Up jumped the sky pilot, gave the boys a look
And manned the gun himself as he laid aside the Book, shouting

Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition
