AV at the hospital runs into a different set of law enforcement folks with substantially different training. A Duke University LEO and the hospital sexual assault specialist have a different reading-- Traumatized AV, major crime on Buchanan.

Sorry but the above paragraph neglects certain facts. They woman was first taken to a rehab center. It was there she called rape and was transported to Duke Hospital. So she told the original police when faced with rehab she was raped.
This case has run off the rails because:
1. The police did not believe the woman.
2. Some at Duke believe any and all woman and hate white males even or especially those at Duke.
3. Once the feminazis at Duke started rallies and putting out pictures of the team members and the racial pimps chimed in, this case threatened a newly appointed DA's election chances. Add in that the DA too hates white males, ie a self hater, having a leftist background and that the families of the players do not vote in local elections.
4. The DA took the ball and ran with it, despite the evidence and now needs to justify his actions.
It really is this simple. It is this simple whether the woman was raped or not. There is not a case here. She is not a credible witness. Nifong better have a cooperating witness or DNA from sexual fluids taken from the victim that matches someone she IDed.
As we've all said before - won't matter in front of a Durham jury. The jury will "want" them to be guilty and factual evidence won't matter.

If I read it correctly she claimed rape at Kroger's, unless this report DATE/TIME is dated when the call came in and simply details the subsequent events not necessarily given at that paritcular time....
