To be specific, Bissey sees them arrive at 11:50, sees them come go in at 11:55p... Sees them come back out and sees a player leaning into the window talking them back in..

11:55 is the gold standard for going in..IMO.
Kim Roberts also said they started dancing around Midnight. She's a state's witness (the only sober person according to her) and she says they started their dancing around MIDNIGHT.
Note, the Durham PD is not saying what time she entered the residence.

I can't believe the Media is not questioning this case. This is such a monumental miscarriage of justice.

The day after the March 13 team party where a 27-year-old black woman claimed she was raped, Durham police told campus officers that "this will blow over," the report said. It said that the woman initially told police she was raped by 20 white men, then said she was attacked by three.
Police told the Duke officers that if any charges were filed, "they would be no more than misdemeanors," the report said.
I don't even think I'm going out on a limb here.
She has a mental illness. She constantly changes her story. A woman that has met with her family has said on two national TV programs last night and today, that she's recovering from injuries from an assualt with a broomstick.
Her Father has a mental illness. He wildly changes his story every time he tells it.
She was unresponsive in 2002 (and she was drinking, we know that (DWI .19)). The owner of Diamond Girls strip club said that she became unresponsive in 2002 and they couldn't get her to stop dancing and they couldn't get her off the stage. After being carried off-stage she was unresponsive in the back dressing room. When a woman finally got through to her, she stated she needed a ride. The dancer introduced her to a Taxi cab driver at the club and she stole his keys while dancing for him. Her lawyer never asserted (and neither did she) that she was assualted in any way that night, yet she was in the condition she was in at Kroger - Unresponsive.
She was admitted to a Psych unit in 2005. Her license has been suspended 3 times (WRAL). She reported to police that her husband was going to take her into the woods and kill her. She reported being gang-raped and BEATEN by 3 men in 1996, and never showed up for a follow up interview (or didn't provide any more details when the police requested them.).
This woman has a Mental Illness.. There's a strong case for that.

What you have to understand is, much like a 5 minute rape can SEEM like a 30 minute period, so also 3 rapists can SEEM like 20 people. Or so we will hear from Wendy Murphy and Nancy Grace et al.

You're right. There was a black female lawyer & former prosecutor on Abrams today.. In regard to the Player (Evans) being recharged because of underage drinking at his party (a reintroduction of old charges that had been pleaded) - she said well, they need to take responsibility for their actions and if they aren't held accountable they are just going to do it again.
Now, I'm sure that's not her answer when a Black student of 19 is charged with a minor crime (or recharged). The answer would be how hard his life has been and he needs a break and he has a job or he goes to school or ...

I think they've known CGM for years as a serial reporter of false crimes. That's why they didn't take it seriously.
The OFF-CAMPUS part is really under-reported and minimized. That is huge.
The N&O is constantly calling for disciplinary action by Duke.. I think because it's faster than the justice system. If I'm not mistaken.. A columnist in the N&O (Ruth Sheehan) called for the Lacrosse program to be shut down, and within days Duke took action ...
And black star college athletes never ever strut around with a "the world owes me" attitude. And they never party or drink, always go to bed by 11:00, and always treat even the skankiest ho like a china doll.
If it was Duke basketball, would they have done the same thing? F NO!
The college is trying to play good neighbors at the expense of students.
