I want to be the first to congratulate you on the most appropriate response to commonsense. Most just think it instead of actually saying it.
'morning!
I wish! I have a houseful of people who have been here for what seems like DAYS and they're not leaving until tomorrow.
I am B E H I N D on this story!
Wendy is there to provide 'color commentary.' She's colorful on her biased opinions.
I hope it is not the Ben Franklin effect "Fish and visitors smell in three days..." but just you wanting to get back into a familiar routine;)
And did have some good tunes, too;)
Get you a copper kettle
And get you a copper coil
Cover with new cut corn mash
And never more you'll toil
....
My daddy he made whiskey

Since Seventeen Ninety Two
Of, heck....They just poll the colleges in California.
How much longer is it going to take for the second round of DNA to be presented. You would think they would put an ASAP on it at the lab.
DA Nifong has hinted that he has a different timeline. How could that be, unless the accuser has changed her story yet again?
I have NO clue; I mean it's not like they don't have watches and timestamps, ATM receipts, cab drivers, etc.
He is beginning to seem out of touch with reality to me.
Either Nifong is totally blowing smoke, or this is the first rape victim I have ever seen that actually smiled after being violated.
The only way most (well....a lot of us anyhow) of us would have noticed the misspelling, Buford, is if we ran it through spell check.
Apparently you've never been hammered by the grammar/spelling nazis. They're onery SOBs.
Actually he said that "the defense doesn't know my timeline". That's because he doesn't know his own timeline either. He's still in the process of making it up.
"...she should get the same sentence the "alledged rapist" would have received if found guilty."
Absolutely! The consequences of being found guilty of being a false-accuser (ANY crime) should include, at a minimum, eligibility for punishment at least as severe as that to which the falsely-accused would have been subjected.
"If the man is intoxicated; then yes, it is still rape.
Any feminist law is perambulated upon the axiom: "She has Rights/He has Responsibilities".
Yes; however, I think fido may have been (perhaps facetiously) asking the question, "If the man is drunk (implying HE couldn't give consent), then who raped who?"
"He (Nifong) is beginning to seem out of touch with reality to me."
Beginning?!? HA!
