Recently I read of a young girl who stayed out late and was afraid to go home so she didnt. Then made up a story of being abducted. i was watching tv tonite and they brought up the Duke victim and her past rape. Someone wanted to know if it would be able to be brought up in court. Doesnt look like it will be. If I were raped and by a boyfriend I surely wouldnt have waited years to mention it. No charges were ever filed. I also think this so called victim needs mental help if shes screamming whenever she sees a white male. Did she scream when she was raped before at all black males? If so then how was she a dancer/stripper? I would think she would be afraid of ALL men and wouldnt put herself in places where she could be raped again. I know I would avoid places where I might be in danger again. I surely wouldnt be taking my clothes off for money if I was scared of men. I guess that rape didnt count as it wasnt by white men.
I would be interested to know what the SANE nurse and the medical exam stated with respect to physical signs of rape.
