Accused Duke lacrosse player Reade Seligmann's attorneys want Durham County District Attorney Mike Nifong thrown off the case.

Today, they filed a legal motion specifically asking for it.

"DA Mike Nifong neglected his duty as a prosecutor to seek the truth and a fair prosecution," the defense's motion reads.

The motions were filed just 24 hours before Nifong's Tuesday election in which he's fighting to keep his seat. Nifong is being challenged by former prosecutor Freda Black and private lawyer Keith Bishop

Also, on Kim's MySpace page she listed that she worked for a company located in both North Carolina and Virginia.

I can't identify what it is, but it's a violation in Virginia and it looks minor in nature (no detail).

Extradition is to return from one state to another.

A GUESS would be it's indicating to agencies to extradite Kim to NC if she is pulled over, arrested, or encountered.

That's a sequence of streets leading from Buchanan Blvd., past NCCU and then to a street from which you can turn on to Charles St. which is the address listed for CGM.

If you take it as backtracking then xo could be trying to say that CGM stopped by NCCU on her way to Buchanan. Given the link to APA at NCCU then xo is saying that CGM made a stop at an NCCU frat house party before going over to Buchanan.

Franky though, I think xo is just jerking our chains. That's something anyone with a knowledge of Durham could have figured out.

I marked them all on Google Earth. If this is a route taken by Kim, it looks as if they Left Buchanan went south to Cornawallis and then back north, ending up at Kroger.
