LOCAL BUSINESSES MAY NEED YOUR HELP ON MONDAY

As you know, ILLEGAL INVADERS are planning a work – out this Monday, May 1st, 2006. If you recall, during the 70’s in Southern California, the Teamster’s Union tried to shut down a few large grocery chains. At that time the stay at home mothers and many retired people VOLUNTEERED to get the groceries off-loaded, stocked and bagged for customers. My Mother-in-law and her neighbors bagged groceries for weeks. The men stocked shelves. It was done quietly with no fuss. Nobody wanted a medal, they just wanted to help the community.

I am suggesting that we help businesses on Monday by doing the very same thing. Of course, we may not have the skills to do all of the work necessary, but we can do some things.

1. Call local businesses and ask if they need help. 2. Tell them you will work for nothing. 3. Tell them you will supply a signed Liability Release. 4. Call it VIVA AMERICA!

I saw a few illegals in the area the other day. They appear to be working as construction workers putting up a new building near a local mall. I saw four of them but there may be more.

I want them out of our country as bad as anyone does. I know it is only a matter of time before they start taking the jobs here.

My friend works for UPS. He is making well over $20 an hour sorting packages.

If UPS could hire Mexicans or other illegals for $8 an hour he will be out of a job. So would many other locals.

Good thing the illegals aren't real good at the English language yet, especially the Mexicans. Sooner or later they will realize that the English language is the gateway to taking even more of our jobs from us.

Go to a Mexican Restaurant that chooses to stay open and give the legal immigrants who are working that day a big tip.

Why not go to a Polish restaurant or an Italian restaurant or a Chinese restaurant....?

The point is that they will be closer to the community that is out 'protesting' and can rub it in their noses what they missed by throwing their little tantrum.

Also, legal Hispanic immigrants and much of their legal community has been harshly bashed by many because of the false perception that they are a part of the illegal community. It is a way to let our legal Hispanic communities know they are not marginalized because of the actions of some.

..and there lies the marginalization problem.. assuming that all the Hispanic community supports illegals. Most of the Hispanic community I know doesn't support illegals and their are extra careful to not employ illegals in that it could hurt their status. Look for similar situations in your own community, they are easier to find than you may think.

It aint the legal business owners supporting the illegals, it's their teenage children and the legal immigrant welfare crowd. If the legal pro-American immigrants don't want to be marginalized (which I'm not so sure of, what with EEOC, set-asides etc.) then they had better figure out a way to separate themselves from the rest of the pack.

It's hard to believe that any American would lack the skills to replace an illegal alien. Isn't the argument that they only fill jobs that us uppity Americans won't do? Won't do, doesn't equate with can't do.

We American's as a whole will do anything that isn't illegal or immoral, to provide for ourselves and our family. A fair day's wages for a honest days work is all we have ever asked.

Working on 1 May 06 for free or even paying the employer a reasonable fee for that privilege, works for me. Where do I apply?

Innovation may be stalled because there is a manpower force willing to do jobs so cheaply that there isn't an incentive to create more efficient ways to do these tasks.

Very strange times we are living in here in the USA, when we must somehow prove to law abiding citizens that they are not marginalized by the acts criminals.

Why should someone who doesn't read English be concerned with a primary election.
What I was getting at is that the necessity of knowing English is being undermined by our gov't.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. The grocery stores probably didn't have a lot of say with the unions. These guys who are shorthanded have done it to themselves. I say screw those companies. Help out their competitors.

Maybe to expose the pro-illegal alien, politicians who continue to shriek that long ago debunked lie about Illegals only doing jobs that American's won't do, as the lying, self serving sonovabitches they are.
