But enough chit chat. Let’s start tripping the light fantastic!!!

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

Of course, without a few tunes going on, dancing would just be a bad “a cappella” rip off.

Do the Monkey With Me!
Come on!!!

And now to get the ball rolling:

Well, let’s face it. When it comes to the art of conversation, I’m not exactly Picasso. I’m more like Johnny Bravo in that episode where he made butt prints on a canvas.

Hey, how'd you like to watch the show in 3-D, sweet thing?
Say there, pretty air mama, didn't you see me in your dreams last night?
Hey babearilla, that a pretty eensie-weensie, teeny-weenie polka-dot thingy you got going there.
Come and get it, ladies. I'm yours for the takin'!
Hey there, cutie pants!
Hey all you hot mamas. Wanna talk to a steamin' hunk of cyber fella?
Hey there, cutie pants. Am I as studly as the Statue of David, or what?
Oh, baby! I'm going to make your dreams come true!
Hya! Dreamy hunk, right here!
You wanna frisk me?
Wanna get lost with me (whoosh)?
Merrily, merrily, merrily, merrily, let's roll in the hay.
I'm gonna say, 'Hey hot mama, wanna go back to my place for a game of Twister?
Lady: "How many times do I have to tell you I have a boyfriend?!" Johnny: "Well, you look like the kind of girl that could use two."
I bet your name's Mickey, 'cause you're so fine. You're so fine...
Hey there, foxy hygiene girl. (whoosh) I love a babe with minty breath.
All right. I guess that makes me the object of desire, huh baby?
Johnny: "Excuse me, miss." Lady: "(gasp!)" Johnny: "How'd you like to paint the town red with a happenin' hipster?"
Pardon me, hot sexy mama. If you'd please to take a look at my, (whoosh) Hya, studly bod, (whoosh), then I may have the pleasure of you wanting to be my number-one main squeeze.
Hey there, miss. I'm Johnny B. Wanna spend the day with me?
Whoa. Man, you're pretty!
Hey there, Spanish seniorita. Sprechen se love?
Hey there, smart mama.
You smell kinda pretty. Wanna smell me?
Say, how 'bout you and me sharin' a soda right now?
You're steamin' baby! You too. And you. And you, pretty man. Oh man, time flies when you're having fun.
Hello, teen hotline. You're boyfriend left ya'? Why, what are you wearin'?
Wanna do the monkey with me?

So, are we having fun yet? What am I saying…of course we are!!!

AND THE FUN IS JUST GETTING STARTED!!!

Let’s make it a weekend to remember!!!

I guess everyone else has a life.

Not me, not tonight.

I did just breathe life back into a misconfigured sendmail instance though, if that counts for anything.

Mom is hanging in there.

She took a nap for an hour and a half, we fed her and I took her back.

The good news is that she didn't mess her pants tonight.

Always nice to see you too. How are things with you? Social life getting better?

Mine is the same. FR is my social life.

I found out why the Mexicans are doing a boycott/protest on May 1.

May 1: Primero de Mayo is the Mexican national holiday that is equivalent to the U.S. Labor Day.

FR can be a very rewarding social life. Saves on gasoline, too.

Mine isn't very exciting, just sporadically busy. I was supposed to go to the United 93 movie today, and you won't believe what happened.

My friend finally showed up at the theater and we went to buy our tickets. Unbeknownst to me, she was trying to smuggle her own food in there. They stopped me and asked to look in my bag, which I assumed was just for security reasons. When they saw what she was carrying, they told her she had to surrender her contraband food or leave. She threw a hissy fit and threatened to sue them, etc.

Long story short, we both ended up getting our money back and leaving. I probably should have stayed and watched the movie anyway.

May 1st is also a Communist holiday around the world, and the buzz (true or not) is that many of the protesters are Marxists.

At 01:00 my team and I are going to reboot a bunch of servers all at once. From low level web servers all the way up to million dollar boxes.

... all at the same time...

This is going to be a hoot!

S'up, Supe?

We went through similar stuff with Dad last year, until he passed away. Me, Mom and my sister were able to keep him home, where he wanted to be. Very work and time intensive. And emotionally draining. Good on you for taking the time and effort to do things with your Mom.

I fell asleep with the TV on Thursday night, woke up, almost, listening to Mark Knoffler and Emmylou Harris on Letterman. Great tune.

Did a search and they just released a new duet album. I may just track it down and buy it based on the one tune I heard through the fog.....

I meant to ask you how the movie was. Sounds like something that would happen to me. Next time carry a bag with no goodies in it and the good stuff on your person, under a sweater or something. It is usually cool or cold in a theater.

You can catch the movie another day. It just came out and I have a feeling it is going to be around for a while.

Yes, May 1 used to be a big holiday for the Soviet communists. They would have a big parade in Red Square in Moscow and display their military might.

The illegals are being agitated by the commies, no doubt.

Do you see many around your area? I see only a few, usually when a building is under construction.

I don't typically see many Hispanic immigrants around here in general, except a few that have worked with the landscaping crews around our office. I don't think staging a boycott in the Pittsburgh area would be a very effective strategy.

Hello, my friend.

Speaking of Knoffler and Emmylou, I can hook you up to a web site that offers free downloads of live music concerts. One I just saw today was Knoffler and Emmylou, so funny you should mention them.

There are 10,000 concerts there of all types of music and it is all free. Quality varies. From the mid-60's up to this week. The newer ones have better sound quality.

Only thing is, some download in two hours and some take 14 hours. Depends on what kind of bandwidth the guy supplying the download has.

You also need to download two programs, one to download the file and one to convert the file after you download it. Not hard, took me an hour to get everything running and I didn't know what I was doing. Flak files and torrents...new to me.

Thanks for your kind comments. We do the best we can. Dad is here and his health is OK but his legs and back are bad and he can hardly get around.

I may have a link to the site you are talking about at work.

Can't remember the name of it......

Should have sent it home, I guess.
