I meant "Hi", not "He"!
I remember hearing about that back in about '79 or so. from a guy who used to be on the police force!! That would be DANGEROUS to do, IMHO.
No, I never did anothing like that!! Just powder, cans half-full of lighter fluid tossed into camoing grills(and the fun that results from it) shooting roman candles and bottle rockets at each other (one of which (a BIG one, I rigged a big smoke bomb to, and shot in Paul's direction) and things like that!!
Be back a bit later. I have got to go unload my van, so I can load this stuff in it.
Hahahaha.... He, as in Victor Victoria, LOL!!!
OK; call me naive but how do you bed a rifle?
There is a lot of stuff I used to do that I won't even discuss on any thread.
But then again, I've never had much of a social life to begin with...;)
Squash tomorrow. I should do good.
Not too shabby. You?
Doing good, thanks. Do you like the songs?
If I would have said that in the same circumstances, they would have been ducking for cover.
Was not known for my tact back then :)
Woohoo!
First, you take it out to dinner and sweet-talk it a lot...then if everything goes right...
Actually, it the fore-end of the stock is pressing unevenly on the barrel it will cause your shots to spread out. You remove some wood from the fore-end of the rifle, about enough so you can stick a business card between the barrel and the stock.
Then you mix up some bedding compound, which is really strong stuff, like glue. You have to coat the barrel with a release agent because if you mess up the barrel will be permanently attached to the stock and you will never be able to take the gun apart to fix it if it breaks.
The compound dries in a day and the pressure on the barrel for the length of the stock is uniform and it usually makes a big difference in how well the rifle shoots.
I never had much of a social life either. I'm just rarely tired this early.
I used to play a little racquetball. I talked one of my friend into giving it a try.
I ran him ragged. He was going after a ball I hit and he tripped and broke his ankle.
He never played again.
Whew, that's tough - hard to play after that.
You have relatives who talk like that?
Sure, a few of them live in Ohio, LOL.
LOL! Thanks.
Have you tried to click on the songs? hehehe, all from my own website, hehehe. Try the Brazilians, I love them.
