I heard his interview. He did not say that and in fact, he said that he had been misquoted.

Thanks for clearing that up. I wondered why I hadn't heard it before since I have been following the case pretty closely.

But when asked specifically about "rape," he emphasized that he had no way of knowing specifically what happened. I've heard this interview numerous times.

The post by mlc9852 that you are contradicting is substantially correct (words may not be precise).

I can not imagine what you are quibbling with. And I don't care how many times he says he was misquoted since I heard his words, several times, myself.
