Did you recognize the actor who was 'giving orders' to Logan? I checked IMDB, but he's not mentioned. He looked SO familiar!
OK, my question got answered on the Official "24" Thread. The bald bad guy is Paul McLane. The person on the thread said he played a doctor on "ER". I do remember seeing him on that show a couple of times.
