OK, my question got answered on the Official "24" Thread. The bald bad guy is Paul McLane. The person on the thread said he played a doctor on "ER". I do remember seeing him on that show a couple of times.

Heard back from washer/dryer dude one. He said Wednesday would be fine and gave me directions. Doesn't sound tooo horribly bad, though it involves going through near-downtown Olympia.

Paul McCrane...first time I saw him was in Fame, back in the 80s...he had a whole lot of curly red hair in that movie....

Then he was a sarcastic doctor on ER, last time I watched it. (Pretty well quit watching when they made the handicapped lady a lesbian. Puh-leeze.)
