We're getting that rain that y'all had! Haven't had any thunderboomers, just a nice steady rain.
It looks like rain here too... dunno what'll really happen.
I went up to the chapel where my wedding's going to be to meet with their person in charge. Managed to fall down the stairs and bang my leg up. How do I manage these things? It's purple and sore and puffy now.
If you don't have an ice pack handy, grab a bag of frozen veggies and elevate the leg with the veggies on it.

To console myself for that particular shopping experience, I went to Best Buy and got a coupla CDs and a movie, and then to the library. The local library has a ridiculously good selection of certain genres of music. Kewl.
Nowhere *too* exciting, that is.

Um... yeah. Unfortunately. I don't think taking the elevator is a very dignified way to make my entrance. Of course going head over heels wouldn't be dignified either.
I guess I will have to rely on my father to get me up the stairs and my new husband to get me down them.... ;-)
