Until the stars are all alight

Well..... good morning, thread!
Checking in before I head out to work. Work has been a little, um, crazy* so I don't get a chance to post very often anymore.
* Various shades of unpleasant, actually. From mild annoyance to vey extremely bad. I'm on the verge of pulling a Corin and start investigating options.

Luke walked in with us last night. My cousin's (actually cousin's ex-wife's) son (from her second marriage) said, "Look Mom, it's the kid from Stuart Little! Can we get his autograph?"
I'll post pictures when I get home. The resemblence is a bit remarkable.

Yep. From Watership Down.
He's so tiny that I can't imagine how he got away from his mom already!
He just sits with us and scampers around playing while we're out in the garden...he's already gotten so used to us that we can talk and move around normally and he doesn't mind a bit.

Oh my...
Well, you have a stunning garden, sis! Looks beautiful this morning!
Do you have a bench out there by it? Steve and I always make sure we have plenty of nice places to sit...currently lawn chairs and the picnic table and even the old pear tree that fell down...we made little stools out of the trunk.
When we lived in Austin, Steve would make elaborate benches out of sticks and branches we'd pick up. Our landlord had given us permission to use the vacant lot behind our house to plant this gigantic garden and it was just gorgeous...had winding pathways through it. We'd put the benches out there and our Wiccan neighbors would be out there in the evenings...just hanging out.
