Becky had her 2nd grade award ceremony this morning. I'm so proud!
I had Aly with me, so when Becky came across the stage to accept her awards, Alyson yells "Woo! That's muh Becca!" and clapped madly.
hehehehe....for all they fight, it's nice to see ~the love~ once in a while. ;-)
I should get one just to drive the cats insane.

Las Vegas, huh? Well, the moving fits a theme - seems like half the Hole is moving, will move, or moved recently.
I put the basin on the ground. Still trying to decide how I'm going to put the stand up. I'm thinking about putting them in a pot and planting stuff around it.
I had to lay low around...well, everywhere...given all the gadflys in my former place of business. So I mostly lurked when online. Yes, my house is total chaos (trying to sell, pack, move and start a new job next month). With dogs...which makes everything of that sort MUCH harder!
I'm moving Saturday, but I only have one small apartment's worth of stuff, no pets, I don't have to worry about selling a house... it's probably the easiest move I'll ever make.
Nope... the move from PA to IA will be. :-D
Thanks for the Birthday wishes, but it's my 50th this year so I'm trying to ignore it as much as I can (it won't ignore me, however).
I've been layin' low lurking due to the sensitivities of my now former work. And I'm makin' a BIG move...as you'll see on the thread. So life is chaotically busy right now!
That would look nice, and you'd always have the plants watered by the birds splashing around!!
I'm counting CO to IA as the move, with the little PA stopover as a fluke. I don't think it counts as a move if all I'm hauling is some clothes and a computer.
Now, the PA to IA part will be the fun bit...
Heh, heh, mines gonna be a 1200 mile road trip with crazy dogs! Over Memorial Day. We're going to take it easy though (have to wait for our stuff to arrive via the movers anyway), not drive too far any single day and stop and smell the roses along the way. I have my brother in law and his wife taking the short drive from Arizona to meet us in Vegas and help us move in...so that'll be lots of extra hands and some fun too. We're really looking forward to the big change.

That sounds like fun! A big change can be fun, or horrible, depending on your attitude, sounds like you'll have a great time.
I'm loading a trailer Saturday, driving 800 miles to Iowa, unloading my stuff, and then driving back to Pittsburgh for the rest of the summer. Hafta recruit some friends today to help with the loading on this end. My folks are coming out to help me but they requested that I get brute strength assistance.
Wow, your move is even bigger than mine. We leave for LV on May 26. I guess we're goin' for the heat and you for the cool!
Makes sense but I have a hard time counting that part is the main move... I am just getting extra furniture and boxes and not YOU.
