You know, I have no idea. At the time our youth group (Asbury) was in Mexico for a missions trip and I was only about 13 years old. My guess is that is was carton because there were so many of us to feed.
I still remember the breakfasts. Scrambled eggs and beef with goats milk and tortillas. I think it was memorable to me because whenver my family has had steak and eggs for breakfast, it was a steak and scrambled eggs - not eggs scrambled with steak chunks (kinda like fajita meat?). I don't know, maybe it was just the milk that made it memorable.
hey there...
spam-and-run?
We're back from feeding Tiff's horses and having some breakfast at the Farm Boy. :~D
Overheard by an old farmer that probably drives a one ton truck... "Hell, these city people pay three dollars for a cup of coffee, why can't they pay three dollars for a gallon of gas?" He has a point :~D
True. However, most days I don't drink 20 cups of coffee in one sittin'...
Well, I recommend putting it in ~something~ between the goat and the breakfast. ;~D
Lightweight... :~D
That's what I'm payin' thetrainer for...
Back to werk.
Yeah, but if they raise the price of coffee too high, you can stop drinking it. I can't do that much about my gas consumption, really.
ROFL! of course, that is a must.
Now that's just crazy talk.
I don't think anyone is a big fan of high gas prices.. And I didn't hear where that fit into the guy's point, I just thought it was an interesting comparison. :~D
I had to drink goat milk as a kid... for awhile... they were wondering if I was allergic to dairy. Goat milk, goat cheese... no cow milk products... but as it turns out, dairy wasn't the issue. I don't even really remember what symptom I had for why they ran the test.
Heh...I had a couple of panic moments when I was doin' 'em at the store - kept forgetting the second smaller connector on the larger motherboards.
Welcome back.... where have you been this morning? :~D
Back from my travels. Went to two garage sales and panned a third...looked like absolutely nothing but baby stuff and it wasn't easy to park near.
The lawn mowers were both just the push type...for as much land as I've got, I wasn't sure that'd cut it. Maybe I need more edummication on mowers before I spend anything, even at a garage sale.
Did get a ton of flower pots for fifty cents, though. And some clothes from Value Village.
I hadn't realized how late it was getting...oops.
You mean the old time non-powered type?
If you find a lawnmower at a garage sale for a good price ($50-$100) ask them to start it... if it runs, it's a good deal. Self propelled would be nice, but not really ~necessary~ for a gal in good health with a flat piece of ground :~D I'd expect larger powered self propelled ones in the $100 range, older or un-propelled ones in the $50 range.
Maybe I should go back for it, then. He said his neighbor repaired lawn mowers, and he'd just done a full tune-up on it.
It was under fifty bucks.
