That Kimberly character called into Hannity's radio yesterday afternoon. Her big argument was with the defense council. She stated they should be charged with misconduct for not presenting the alibi evidence to the GJ. Hannity apparently hasn't been following the story as well as some, as he had no come back. In actuality, the defense probably were as floored as we were to learn that charges were to be filed against two students who apparently weren't at the party at the time of the alleged rape. How in the world were they to present evidence for kids who they probably never considered could be suspects? Kimberly's just stirring the pot in an effort to advance her career.

Since the facts aren't known yet it's premature to conclude that all members of the team are bad guys.

Haven't you ever been somewhere and out of the blue something happens that you want no part of? It doesn'r necessarily make everyone present a 'bad' guy.

Kerry Sutton of the defense said that ALL of the attorneys offered to take their clients and meet with Nifong last week and discuss their side of the case, but he refused.

Just like he refused to look at the pictures.

Now we find that the photos she was shown in the lineup were ONLY photos of the lacrosse team, which is absolutely against the law in North Carolina.

The defense team said she picked the two with scratches. Never mind that the pictures were takne 10 days after the alleged incident.

Well, she SAID she was raped, and if there were cuts and bruises, and signs of sexual penetration, they would tend to believe her. But she was obviously sexually active, had a BF, possibly/probably did tricks on the side, already had bruises when she showed up at the party, and I think was reported to have fallen on the stairs or porch at the house, which could cause cuts, bruises or scrapes. So she might appear to be a rape victim even if she wasn't. Consensual sex plus cuts from a drunken fall could create the impression of a rape.
