Here in Asheville (Buncombe County) adult entertainers do have to be licensed. Recently one woman (51 years old!) was charged with prostitution and not having an adult entertainment license! NC just wants more money.

How does one license strippers? By requiring dancing lessons? A certain finesse in taking off clothes? Or a test for STD?
