Breaking overnight from Chris Cummo at ABC GMA:
Case against at least one Duke defemdant unraveling fast.
Defendant Seiligman went to bank ATM while rape supposedly happening.
12:02 Time stamped photos show girl arriving. Girl leaves, comes back, call friends on cell phone does other things. 12:19 Seiligman calls cab dispatcher 12:24 Seiligman takes cab to bank miles away, uses ATM card (photos show it is him.) 12:42 after walking back to dorm, Seiligman uses security card to enter dorm. Does not leave.
Also, Seiligman was never interviewed by cops. DA seeking reelection simply took "Dancers" word that he raped her.
After the prosecutor expressed his outrage, they stopped using her name. The made a big spectacle of the fact that the media voluntarily withheld the names of rape victims.
In other news, the MSM blames Bush for recent torrential rains and scattered flooding in northern California, while Generalisimo Francisco Franco is winning his fight to remain dead.

Nifong did a recreation of the attack for Dan Abrams -it was choke hold.
AV facing forward, head held tightly, attackers behind her-which to me, would make any ID of exactly who did what and where to her-impossible.
Nifong demonstrated where the AV clawed at the arms of the attackers -her sole focus was just trying to breathe.
According to Nifong's demonstration- any scratches would have been on the forearm .
Nifong also said that it was possible that the reason no DNA was found under the victim's fingernails and press on nails-was because the attackers may have been wearing long sleeved shirts or jackets.
Sounds like the AV could not describe what the attackers were wearing-even though they had their arms around her neck and she was clawing at them.
Guess she can't remember whether she made contact with skin or cloth , but, she can ID her attackers with 100% certainty.
BTW- Press on nails are very fragile and have the adhesive power of Post It notes.They would bend back and fall off at the slightest pressure.
Surely Nifong is not saying that press on nails would cause scratches.
FOX has been saying they expect DNA results "anytime", since yesterday.
Reade was photograhed in a RED SHORT SLEEVE SHIRT. Abrams showed it this morning on The Today Show but now the video clip is unavailable.

None of these tidbits ~proves~ anything by itself. but they could begin to add up in a circumstantial case.
This is no mystery. If you call a cab company (especially on a Monday night after midnight in a spring break Durham), chances are they won't have one for you for a while. The best thing to do is to walk towards the nearest big intersection and hope to hail a cab.
I'll throw out a theory: this is where the friend he rode with lived. Perhaps he left the house, went to his friend's house/apt, told him about the lame party and said "you wanna get someting to eat and crash over at my place?"
Maybe, maybe not. Be interesting to find out.

If they don't match, we won't hear about it until Nifong shares them with the defense as part of discovery. I may be wrong on this, but he theoretically can sit on them until after the election if he pleases. May 15th is the first hearing in this, right? Nifong could do a Document Dump on the defense anytime before them unless North Carolina law sets up specific times prior to first court appearances.

I still have to laugh at the attorneys on tv last night suggesting that this Nifong character probably had a lot of evidence up his sleeve.
But with so many people involved, photos, phone calls, police, two different hospital facilities, etc....it seems to me that a very detailed picture should eventually emerge of what happened. Of course, we have politics, a lot of lawyers, and could get Jackson/Sharpton so all that amounts to a pretty formidable smoke-blowing machine.
My camera phone (motorola v-something or other) takes pictures at resolutions up to 1280 x 1024). I think we're talking 1 megapixel, but that ain't bad. I have a great picture of Tomas Vokoun taken from the back of the lower bowl at the Gaylord Entertainment Center. This technology is incredible.
