Case against at least one Duke defemdant unraveling fast.
Defendant Seiligman went to bank ATM while rape supposedly happening.
12:02 Time stamped photos show girl arriving. Girl leaves, comes back, call friends on cell phone does other things. 12:19 Seiligman calls cab dispatcher 12:24 Seiligman takes cab to bank miles away, uses ATM card (photos show it is him.) 12:42 after walking back to dorm, Seiligman uses security card to enter dorm. Does not leave.
Also, Seiligman was never interviewed by cops. DA seeking reelection simply took "Dancers" word that he raped her.
She was also in the Navy, she was married at the time and had an affair with another sailor while on active duty and became pregnant, she was discharged before the child was born. She had a second child with the sailor but never married him, even after divorcing her first husband.
Really? Woman, an adult. With two kids voluntarily seeks employment in the ESCORT services. She goes onto the streets plying her trade. She finds purchasers.
I guess all flea-market sellers are "exploiting" someone too? Maybe... they are exploiting Uncle Sam and his tax purse?
I suppose, then purchasers of illegal drugs also EXPLOIT those innocent, but bad, drug dealers?

I believe you are a little harsh here IMO. It is one thing to have a reputation as a lout, another to be named a rape suspect with your color picture in the front page of the Washington Post.
I tell my children when the become teens, the key to staying out of trouble is knowing when to leave. Maybe he was taught the same thing.
About the pics taken at the party, and of the stripper fallin' down on the porch, These kids may have realized this woman was bad news, and actually taken the pics in case she did something. There was an argument earlier, and the woman may have threatened them with going to the police.
About Al Sharpton: I was channel-surfin' several months ago, and happened upon a film called something like, "Diary of a Porn Star." I thought I'd just watch a little to see if it was about some good-lookin' babe(right!) Turns out it was about that creep Ron Jeremy. There was Al Sharpton in a pimp-hat introducing, "My friend, Ron Jeremy!" So that's the sort of company Fat Al likes to run with!

In CA, there's no such thing. Everything has been nailed down to "racism" and "sexism" when "utterings" against police, innocent, victims, etc., happens.
I prefer the "utterings" charges and because it places the comment (the "uttering") into context. Most so-called "racism" and "sexism" charges do not. It's selective excerpting to support a politically correct agenda.

Didn't we verify some time back that mapquest and google are in error with this address? zillow give the proper location. The rest of ya'll look at the photo of 610 N. Buchanan from the front and then try to correlate it with the overhead view on google. They don't match! Go 3 houses north (just north of the alleyway) on google to see the actual house.

Something I don't get . when did this "girl ' (skank)get totally wached out hight , befote the alleged rape of afterwards? If it was before , then how accurate could she be about anything at all. I hear she was totally out of it .
Understand, and it is an important lesson.
What cries out to me is that it looks like the kid might have realized this was out of line and left the group, only to find out his nightmare was just starting.
My brother is a detective in sex crimes and he tells me these accusations happen alot. Sex crimes are used as a weapon to get back at people and too avoid embarrassment/punishment.
This kid is huge..he was probably bored and hungry
Well, I won't bite on the drug-dealer thing, but her selling her < koff, koff > services doesn't relieve or exculpate the buyers of cooperating with her in her self-degradation.
