Breaking overnight from Chris Cummo at ABC GMA:
Case against at least one Duke defemdant unraveling fast.
Defendant Seiligman went to bank ATM while rape supposedly happening.
12:02 Time stamped photos show girl arriving. Girl leaves, comes back, call friends on cell phone does other things. 12:19 Seiligman calls cab dispatcher 12:24 Seiligman takes cab to bank miles away, uses ATM card (photos show it is him.) 12:42 after walking back to dorm, Seiligman uses security card to enter dorm. Does not leave.
Also, Seiligman was never interviewed by cops. DA seeking reelection simply took "Dancers" word that he raped her.
Correct. Verified by cab driver and cost of cab ride, which is printed out as permanent record on taxi meter.
I am not developing a theory. I am looking at the theory set forth by the defense which is based on a timeline that claims it is impossible for the event to happen based on time stamped pictures. It doesn't matter if she is lying if you are trying to develop an air tight alibi. She can claim she was mistaken and revise her accusation.
To save his political career?
We now have a similar problem with the RINOS in the GOP.
They would stop at nothing to get reelected and, we foolish Americans put them back for another term.
The critiques of the RINOS go hand and hand with this prosecutors moment of fame.
Soon Al Sharpton and, Jessy will join the frey, they just can't pass an event as large as this.
Watched Al with O'Rilly last night, didn't take long to see the predigests come boiling out from his mouth.
Just a point of interest---O'Reilly is a Chaminade grad--as is Collin Finnerty---Great school.
If they took samples from this woman for DNA check .... does that mean that there was DNA on her that was not hers and by the tests was not that of team? If so ... that would mean it was obviously someone else she had sex with!

ABC NEWS EXCLUSIVE: Key Evidence Supports Alibi in Potential Rape Defense for One Indicted Duke Player
Reade Seligmann Was At Party, But Has An Alibi and Taxi Driver Witness
By CHRIS CUOMO, ERIC AVRAM, and LARA SETRAKIAN
EXCERPT
Around midnight the night of March 13, Seligmann was already at the party when two women hired from a local escort agency arrived to dance for the boys $400 each for a two-hour performance. A series of time-stamped photographs viewed by ABC News show the girls dancing at midnight and at 12:02 a.m.
By 12:24 a.m., a receipt reviewed by ABC indicates that Seligmann's ATM card was used at a nearby Wachovia bank. In a written statement to the defense also reviewed by ABC, a cabdriver confirms picking up Seligmann and a friend a block and a half from the party, and driving them to the bank.
What did Seligmann do after leaving the bank? The taxi driver remembers taking him to a drive-thru fast-food restaurant and then dropping him off at his dorm. Duke University records show that Seligmann's card was used to gain entry at 12:46 a.m.
In addition to bolstering Seligmann's alibi, the taxi driver's written testimony provided a rare glimpse of color in an otherwise darkened night.
"I remember those two guys starting enjoying their food inside my car, but I'm glad I end up with a nice tip and fare $25," the taxi driver said in his testimony.
ABC News traced the steps of Seligmann's story, timing how long it took to get from place to place. In repeated trials, the drive between the Wachovia branch and the corner where the cab picked him up took approximately five minutes. This suggests that Seligmann must have left the house by around 12:19 a.m.
So, Seligmann's alibi suggests, he and the alleged victim were in the house together for less than 20 minutes. According to defense sources, based on the alleged victim's affidavit, all of the following would have transpired within that time period: She and her dance partner performed for several minutes, left after feeling threatened by the boys' growing "excited and aggressive," returned after being persuaded by team members to dance some more, and then she was forced into a bathroom, beaten and raped.
Within those same minutes, phone bill records reviewed by ABC show that the defendant's cell phone made at least two outgoing calls.
Apparently you've never jumped into a cab and then found out you didnt have enough cash to pay the driver. You go to the ATM and pay the guy who is likely not to be too friendly by that point. You decide to walk the remaining way back to your dorm. If you had to pay the driver anyway and were low on cash why wouldnt you kill two birds with one stone and stop at the ATM rather than have to make a special trip the next day to get cash.
Maybe he needed money for a hot date with Nancy Grace.
Jackson is human garbage. Sad thing is in today's insane world people will hang these kids just not to upset blacks.
When did she get passing out drunk, before or after the alleged assault. If before, how the heck could she be 100% sure of anything, she certainly wasnt 100% sure of her car since she ended up in someone elses.
Actually, the cab driver gave his testimony and stated that they stopped at an ATM, then went to a fast food restuarant and then he dropped them (defendant and a friend) at a dorm. Not sure where the walking to the dorm came from.
Thanks, this clears up a lot of questions created by the Herald reporting. It also indicates the lawyers are not using the local papers to get the story out. Interesting.
As long as the accuser sticks with her current time line story, this pretty much makes it pretty impossible for this kid to have done anything.
It almost seems the prosecutor didn't want any evidence to interfere with the indictment.
and where do these boys go to retrieve their reputations?
They should have considered that prior to hiring a stripper.
