Breaking overnight from Chris Cummo at ABC GMA:
Case against at least one Duke defemdant unraveling fast.
Defendant Seiligman went to bank ATM while rape supposedly happening.
12:02 Time stamped photos show girl arriving. Girl leaves, comes back, call friends on cell phone does other things. 12:19 Seiligman calls cab dispatcher 12:24 Seiligman takes cab to bank miles away, uses ATM card (photos show it is him.) 12:42 after walking back to dorm, Seiligman uses security card to enter dorm. Does not leave.
Also, Seiligman was never interviewed by cops. DA seeking reelection simply took "Dancers" word that he raped her.
If that is so, too bad about those Duke boys who are also educated and from upper class families....they're guilty for being white males.
She was discharged within nine months of the birth of her first child, so pregnancy may be an allowable way to leave if the woman chooses.
I am still disturbed that the DA would redo DNA test.

Why I believe I heard on some media outlet that the second set of DNA tests are the DNA associated with hair, regular and pubic, found on her person. That explains a second set of test if not a DA so low that he would smear someone for the sake of his reelection.
Rod Wheeler is the detective on with Billy O. DPD didn't want to rush the case.....the DA did. Crystal showed up drunk at the house....people with her prior to the party said she was pretty wasted. I think Kim is a liar.

Why not test it all the first time? And why go to a second lab? And if the state labs work is so bad what does that say about all the convictions they have gotten with results from that same lab?

I asked a Reporter making the rounds on the National shows if he had checked to see whether she was, in-fact, attending classes when the event occured.
He wrote me and said, "That's easy enough to find out and it's a good question"
Now, he doesn't respond to me..
I thought early on (real early) that she was lying and the press was of the mind "why would she lie?"
I pointed out the discrepancies in her and her Father's stories and I got back a lot of messages asking me "How I knew her name?" I'm still getting accusing e-mails from Major Newspaper Editors that apparently reporters "kicked up " the chain - asking for my last name or what my involvement is in the case.
A local Radio guy went on National TV and parroted the line about - she's a single mother with 2 kids WORKING her way through college. We have to admire that, he said. I saw him at Duke and I asked him and his producer if they KNOW that's she's working her way through college and not going on Gov't Grants. They both admitted no one had checked on how she financed college.
Since nothing has been leaked by the DEF, I suspect that she was attending NCCU as she says. However, even the Defense is on guard for being attacked by the Media as using the Nuts and Sluts defense or tarring the victim in any way.

It would complicate a "fair hearing".

We are our own "law enforcement" here and we are protecting Kim so the DA can use her in defending the woman we CANNOT name.
So why do you think she took her car to her father's house and said to him that she wanted to keep it there for a few days? Why was she hiding her car?
The NC SBI spokesman went on TV and said that the DNA testing wasn't too complicated and that they had the same testing hundreds, if not thousands of times.
IMO, Nifong with his reputation on the line, submitted the same testing to a private lab thinking something is there.
Most likely, they did do other tests that focus more on several players in particular, too.

She's had her license revoked 3 times. Any way to find out how long the last one has been revoked? Is it possible that little Crystal has been driving w/out a license?
