Breaking overnight from Chris Cummo at ABC GMA:
Case against at least one Duke defemdant unraveling fast.
Defendant Seiligman went to bank ATM while rape supposedly happening.
12:02 Time stamped photos show girl arriving. Girl leaves, comes back, call friends on cell phone does other things. 12:19 Seiligman calls cab dispatcher 12:24 Seiligman takes cab to bank miles away, uses ATM card (photos show it is him.) 12:42 after walking back to dorm, Seiligman uses security card to enter dorm. Does not leave.
Also, Seiligman was never interviewed by cops. DA seeking reelection simply took "Dancers" word that he raped her.

Is she not getting child support? Could she not get a school loan like the rest of us got our kids?
I think before this is over we're going to find out that she isn't a full time student, she's a crappy mother, and owes a lot of money.
You know, I have been considering whether Crystal hatched this thing beforehand with her PIMP. They knew this was a DUKE Team. People think of Duke students as Rich. Pimps are enterprising, if nothing else.

If it was planned (excuse the graphicness) it would have taken the PIMP 4 minutes to cause the type of injuries she had - and it could've been done with a $10.00 item in the car on the side of the road on the way there.
Let's face it, she sized up her prey 4 years earlier and acting like she was stroking him when she reached in his pants and took his keys (unknown to him). She then proceeded to steal his car and after it all (a 2 county chase), she still blew over TWICE the legal limit.
Nancy Grace would say what woman would do that for money. A 5 minute trip around the internet would show Mrs. Grace thousands of examples of women doing things just as bad FOR MONEY.

She was in the Navy...maybe she is there under the GI Bill....I'm curious to know what kind of discharge she got from the Navy
Depending on where the cabbie was when he got the call, it could have taken him 5-10 minutes to get there.

No one wants to give out Kim's name. She disappeared for almost a week and when she resurfaced she had a lawyer or said she did.
I'm a little perplexed as to why her name is such a secret.
It's going to come out in time, so I just don't understand the big secret.
I know the media people (even the locals) are out scared about being charged with taring the reputation or blaming the victim when she is a minority.
She was in the Navy - she was in a submarine -- until she got pregnant NOT by her husband and got booted out.

The guy is full of crap. He tries so hard not to be a "moderate" that I stopped watching him. I did get to see his supposed interview with the Reverand Al last night.

Chris Matthews might have asked tougher questions of Al, considering the specifics of this case and Al's most notorious event.
