Breaking overnight from Chris Cummo at ABC GMA:
Case against at least one Duke defemdant unraveling fast.
Defendant Seiligman went to bank ATM while rape supposedly happening.
12:02 Time stamped photos show girl arriving. Girl leaves, comes back, call friends on cell phone does other things. 12:19 Seiligman calls cab dispatcher 12:24 Seiligman takes cab to bank miles away, uses ATM card (photos show it is him.) 12:42 after walking back to dorm, Seiligman uses security card to enter dorm. Does not leave.
Also, Seiligman was never interviewed by cops. DA seeking reelection simply took "Dancers" word that he raped her.
Personally, I persist in the belief that IF she has GHB in her system, then it was self-ingested.
Just for kicks and all.
Notice how no one mentions Laziness or drug addictions as
reasons for stripping?
But our society, our system, and the usual suspects are always cited as reasons why other people make these choices.
LOL>...........that's very funny.
But I still wonder WHO you are.
But the big character story tonight is that a Duke-ie refered to her in a cab as 'just a stripper'. That should warrant 5 years behind bars.
Like someone said here the only person telling the truth is a drunken stripper.
If I heard Reverend Al correctly tonight, he claimed the players were pretending to be on the basketball or track treams in order to be able to get black strippers.
Actually according to the police affidavit the accuser told police that at the party players were pretending to be from the BASEBALL and track teams. Sharpton cleverly lied to twist even this aspect into a racial issue.
>>. Osborn said he hoped Mr. Nifong would drop the charges, but he was unable to talk with him.
"I've known the guy for 25 years," Mr. Osborn said. "I went over and thought surely he'd listen to me on it. And he sent some messenger out and said: 'I saw you on the TV saying your client was absolutely innocent, so what do we have to talk about?' He wouldn't even see me himself."
Joseph B. Cheshire, a Raleigh, N.C., lawyer for a lacrosse captain who has been cleared, said there was also clear alibi evidence for Finnerty. He declined to be specific. Finnerty's lawyer William J. Cotter did not return phone calls.
Meanwhile, in Charlottesville, Va., Chip Royer, a lawyer for Jeffrey O. Bloxsom, who says he was assaulted by Mr. Finnerty last year, said Mr. Bloxsom was being hounded by the news media because of the Duke case and was now considering a civil suit against Mr. Finnerty.

From a NYT article on another thread.
If Crystal was so dead drunk, how is it that her hand had to be pryed from Kim's car brake handle? Wouldn't her hands have been limp? Was she faking?
Very good! A great man, underappreciated by his own people.
ya scooped them all again didnt you?!? LOL
Exactly. No one in the media - NO ONE - has said like they did daily in the Kobe case, Is this woman's word enough to ruin a young man's life?
We heard, we have to be absolutely sure here. I mean this is not the type of person that we can trust to ruin a man's life.
NOT ONE will say it. Instead, these women are portrayed like
a combination of Rosa Parks and Mother Teresa.
It does look to me like they were very anxious to help her away from the house and then anxious to get away themselves. It fits with "She's just a stripper."
I think these boys are rowdy students but I really don't see them doing anything violent or obviously serious like rape. But it might seem a funny idea -- after enough beer -- to see what pill would do to this non-performing so-called-dancer.
I don't think these boys are thuggish enough to commit the crime alleged. But I don't have your confidence in their truthfulness. They were very rowdy dudes, out of control enough that the administration had already reprimaned their coach. Of course, they would try to lie themselves out of a jam.
(Info comes from the Doc I work for who has a PhD in Pharmacology)
Maybe someone should send them a flyer with the groups meeting dates and location.
Mr. Bloxsom was being hounded by the news media because of the Duke case and was now considering a civil suit against Mr. Finnerty.
Mr. Bloxsom has found out that Finnerty's father has deep pockets.....
Do you know anyone who could reveal Kim's last name? She seems to have more rights to anonymity than anyone else, and I simply do not understand the reason for her being shielded.
Harassment, asset redistribution under the guise of "fairness". Low-income and females usually get "free lawyers" paid for by ALL taxpayers. Middle class pays these taxes and then if caught by the heel in a "alleged" case, they get to not only PAY for their accuser's lawyer (via taxes), they have to go into their own incomes to pay for their own LEGAL DEFENSE against charges. Whether or not the charges are legitimate, real or what not.
Illegals in the Muriel Swindle.. Florida.. years ago.
The illegals robbed some Florida banks. It was the People versus these illegals. Hermandad nacional (a "civil rights" org) funded the defense. Got the illegals, 4 of them, off on a technical charge. Together with Hermanded they sued the Florida Taxpayers. Huge payoff. And the illegals then "contributed a large part of their winnings to Hermandad nacional. Most racial groups and sex group play this racket.
Lib Dems love direct taxes and indirect taxes -- just slap a "civil rights" monicker around the place..
I think Nifong is very vindictive.
yep... the "when did you stop beating your wife" agenda...
This cabbie told Rita he got a call at 1:01 and picked up 4 more boys from the house. Yet the police responding to the first 911 call were at the house at 12:55 and stayed until 1:06 and NO ONE WAS THERE.

The cabby has a computerized call log.
It should be easy to varify anything he says.
