Apparently you slept through civics class in high school and any mention of "reasonable doubt" in your entire adult life?

Yeah, big shot, I suppose the following doesn't count:

1. Graduation from a top fifteen college;

2. Graduation from a top twenty law school;

3. Graduation with an advanced law degree from a top five law school;

4. Admission to two state Bars; and

5. Twenty years of legal practice.

If you had taken the time to carefully read my original post, the one you quoted, you would have seen that I simply said that the timeline posted at the top of this thread, without more information, did not constitute an ironclad alibi. Since that timeline was posted at about 7:30 this morning, more information has come forth answering the questions that I raised, the most important being that the cabbie took him to a fast food restaurant and then dropped him off at his dorm.

Apparently you slept through all your reading comprehension classes in school or you wouldn't have made such a arrogant and asinine statement.

You're making a mistake. The DA is misleading

There was some money - 1s too and $160.00 in twenties.

DA Nifong said they found the money in the residence as CONSISTENT with her story. Do you think $160.00 in another room is consistent with $400.00 on the bathroom floor?

The DA and investigators are INTERPRETING this stuff as consistent where MOST PEOPLE would NOT.

I don't think consistent means in the bathroom. The DA has a theory and it's consistent with their theory. Players took the $$ divided it up and 166.00 was left in the residence.

The media did the same exact thing you are doing. They took the DAs words to mean they found $400.00 on the bathroom floor - just where she said they would find it - DUE to the DA's statements. This was actually reported like this for at least several days until the Documents came into the Public arena.

I don't know.

I was quite surprised to get that in my regular email.

But since the Rather thing, I get SO MANY "tips" like that you wouldn't believe it.

He went to Carollina for both undergrad and law. I'll leave alone whether than is third rate or not [ducks]. His parents went to Duke. I too wonder if he tried to get into Duke and couldn't.

Carolina third rate--I really don't think so, however, I will throw no bricks! Had kids in both schools, at the graduate level, both have done extremely well professionally and in their personal lives. They still argue as to which school has the better basketball team.

Did they know WHERE Crystal was before the party or who she was with while drunk?

The detective didn't say and O'Reilly didn't ask him. That information would definitely be important.

I wonder if the guy who has been interviewed is her stepfather. Because it looks like her father died.

Now I am totally confused. Why was there a story where her FATHER said he had "no doubt" his daughter was raped? Is it possible that either your FReepmail was a fake or that Mangum was actually the other stripper?

It seemed like quite a blockbuster statement. The guest was a retired homicide detective who said he talked to members of the Durham police department. He was rather vague on who these witnesses were and when they saw the stripper.
It's possible the witnesses he was referring to were actually members of the lax team. I think O'Reilly had a couple of belts at dinner because he didn't pursue the line of questioning with the detective. In fact, O'Reilly said something about not being interested in the specifics of the case. O'Reilly seemed a bit out of it for the whole segment which also included a student reporter or newspaper editor from Duke.

I would refer to a case where the misconduct was done in the role of a prosecutor, not as a complaining witness. It may have been a poorly chosen example. The point is that prosecutorial misconduct done with malice toward another would be one case where qualified immunity may be breached.
