They've been lying low since stirring up controversy a few years back, but the title of the Dixie Chicks' new single, "Not Ready to Make Nice," is a good indication of their resolve. It's also a stark, powerful preview of their new album, "Taking the Long Way," due out in May.

Which ones do you think look like goths:
1. the fat one?
2. the horse-faced one? or
3. the cross-eyed one?
I just wish people here would quit the childish namecalling and rediculous insults.
LOL!!!....
So, you stoop to what you wish Freepers would quit doing, eh?
Perfect.
ROTFL!! We saw Kinky Friedman in concert when he was touring with Bob Dylan's Rolling Thunder Revue back in 1976. He sang "I'm Proud to be an A$$hole from El Paso". It was hilarious! The funniest part was Joan Baez in an hot pink minidress and orange afro in the group singing backup.
Atlas yawned...
Whatever. You just miss my point and call me stupid too if you like.
BTW....I don't think you are stupid.
FWIW-
I will freely admit I suck as wordsmithing. ;)
Repbulicans win elections liberals have the dixie chicks. Its hillarious to read the liberal whine blogs where they promise to buy mulitple copies of the album to punish "stupid rednecks". And the next one? What will the chicks have to do for album sales on the next album? They have tried pandering, nudity, bashing their peers, bashing their fans, throwing tantrums, they have even gone so far as compare themselves to MLK and glorfiy abortion on jumbo screens at concerts. Anything to get a liberal to support them. Whats left? Nothing. The left will eventually get bored with them and the chicks have no more tricks in their bag. Its over for them.
BUY ANYONE BUT CHICKS ON 5/23/06!!!!
LOL! I'd say ol' Willie Nelson is more of the exception and not the rule.
