I was shocked to see the new video played on CMT, especially after they offended their fans in one of their last interviews.
What did they say?
Pretty sure I saw it there too, although the remote was getting a workout.
But then again perhaps it is more like adopting the 'Rush Mantra,' "the more they speak the better off we know who they are. Keep talking."
Chickie just thinks she's mad - she "ain't" seen "mad" until her former fans see the video played on CMT. So, the video being aired by CMT could do more harm than good for their popularity. Hope so.
Cmt is owned by Viacom. They also own MTV VH1 annd VH1-Country and just recently bought GAC (great american country). Viacom also owns CBS and the uber liberal Sundance Channel that ran the Vote For Change tour ad naseum. !They have a liberal agenda to push and make no secret about it.
You can see what all they own here:

Talk about your monopolies.
They are basiaclly trying to re-program "country" so they become liberals.
VH1-Country and CMT are among the top 10 stations playing this song. So is Satelite Radio. Stations that do not listen to their audience are playing the song. Stations where airtime can bought are playing this song. Everyone else is all but ignoring it at the request of their listeners.
Viacom has played it over 70 times in the last week. It doesnt matter how may times you write or call Vicaom, they do not care that you do not want to hear it. They have slanted their programming towards the left and damn you if you dont follow.
If CMT is not promoting the chicks, they promote Bruce Springsteen, if they arnt promoting him they are promoting Willie...beginning to see a pattern? I stopped watching Viacom a long long time ago.
