It looks as if the supply of AK 47 ammo has just dried the heck up!
Does anyone have any idea why? I hear venezuela is snapping it all up

I wonder just who it is that the Ruskies are supporting several possibilities:
New year, new purchase budgets
Some regime changes in previous SSRs
Chavez's boys used to shoot .308, they'll need some 7.62x39 for the 100,000 AKs they're buying

Televisions don't pack in C-bags. I don't own a Television device.

Get real self reliant folks in all aspects of your lives be it beans, bullion or bullets. Too late to shop when we hear about it on the nooooze my friends.
Just my opinion of course...

And Chavez is an idiot to replace 308 with 7.62x39 just to but a thumb im our eye and align with the soviets. 308 is far superior and not much bulkier than 7.62x39

that you may have alternate training for those knivesChef Johanasson was pretty much focused on the lesson plan. I learned knife skills from a Nederlander. We learned vegetables and meat. Skills are skills. He did a great job. I earned a 4.0 for my final practical exam.

My hope is that a lot of (cheap) metric FAL "parts kits" hit the market as a result
To: TheOracleAtLilac

All freepers are always invited to dinner. Whatever day you want. Give me 24 hours notice, and be prepared to take me shopping for groceries. Heck, you are in Texas.. No excuses...

I don't do TV. Ever.
Time better spent reading at a much faster baud rate than TV can provide.
Idiots only.

Wolf will feed in just about any AK or SKS. They were made for each other. The steel cases do not reload worth a darn though. I invested in a few thousand rounds of quality ammo for reloading purposes (use it in my mini-30 and AR with the 7.62 upper), but I always keep a couple thousand rounds of Wolf on hand for use in the Soviet bloc stuff.

There is a shortage of FAL kits isn't there? Not from the advertisers in Shotgun News.
I was hoping for lower prices
Oh, & regarding 7.63x39 shortage..Iraq (& recently Iran) may have placed orders.
To: mylife
RCBS means you never suffer an ammo shortage.

It looks as if the supply of AK 47 ammo has just dried the heck up! Not if the bad guys come marching down MY street, cobber!
It's still a standard at gunshows here in Houston, no shortage here.. yet.
