In other developments, a defense attorney for one of players says he knows who made the 911 call the night of the alleged gang rape.
"We're absolutely positive the caller was not the accuser, but the other young lady there," Cheshire said.
Cheshire said witnesses have talked to the woman and a comparison of audio tapes proves the caller was the second dancer at the party, but Durham police say they do not know who called.

She just thinks she does ;-D
Don't worry about it. If you goof up, an admin mod will help fix it.
Shocked and stunned.
If there was no rape, I demand the President of Duke step down. This was racially motivated persecution of the team.
They have had the players DNA for some time - if it was bad news (for the team) it would be trumpeted from the towers.
Who knows the timing of testing?
Have we found out the gals were hired by the Cornell Lax team yet?
Thank you all... I'm actually a conservative.
I can answer all the questions about Bill Clinton.
May be able to name 7 of his women too!
Thanks again
Yeah, where do these guys go to get their reputation back?
You think they'll have two candlelight vigils to make people aware of false allegations and the damage they can do to people.
The DA had said emphatically that neither dancer made that call. This is how the Media reported it:
She was reportedly working for an escort service to help pay her tuition and raise her two children. The men she accuses are white. Recently released 911 tapes from a PASSER-BY SUPPORT the accuser's story that the players used racial slurs that night.

My guess is civil court. This one is getting stinkier by the day. I was wondering if the non-guilty players would have a case - even if there were a rape - due to season cancellation. Without it, seems certain they were wronged.
I wondering about the uninvolved players also, because the papers printed all (46) their Names, Pictures, and any record (they included charges that were dismissed - non-convictions).
Many of these guys are 18-19.
Will this be like that Atlanta Bomber? The DA was/is out-of-control he misled the media into thinking NONE of these men cooperated and there was a wall of silence. He basicly strong-armed and threatened them from the beginning - so they got lawyers.. The first thing Lawyers advise you is that they'll do all the talking and you cannot say a word. But, the media ran with the story..
Nancy Grace said on TV, if that was my Daughter, I'd burn that school down TONIGHT.
Kimberly Guilfoyle (In the lineup) Fox, said you better believe those boys on that team know what happened, and I if that was my son, I wouldn't let him come home.
By the way, here's how Kimberly Guilfoyle contrasts the Duke people versus the people of Durham:
"The jury in Durham won't be the upper crust students that attend prestigious Duke University. They will be the good folks of Durham, North Carolina."
Good Folks versus Bad Folks .. don't have to read very far into that to take away that meaning.
Disgusting. Wonder if the stripper, car-jacker, wanna-be Cop-Killer is one of those good folks of Durham that Kimberly refers to.
Johns Hopkins?
One thing you can do that's done all the time: Use the original intact title but append additional info (space permitting) on the end of the title. For instance:
DNA Results Could Shed New Light On Duke Lacrosse Investigation (BIG DEVELOPMENT!)
And if you need to have a title or anything else corrected, you can always ping "Admin Moderator" and he/she will fix it for you. :)
Touche' But, they probably lost a year of eligibility and it's gotta have a psychological impact. There were female students on Campus yelling at these guys in front of crowds - How Could you? How Could you? People that were their friends (or friendly to them) before the HOAX.
Never trust a Car-Jacker that strips.
Hey, I wonder if they can sue Allure Escort Agency? Remember, all the hubbub about the bar in NY hiring that guy (LittleJohn) to work as a bouncer with his record?
Strippers with criminal records shouldn't be allowed to work around 18 year old men - they're easy targets.
.
If I were on that team I'd be suing the hell out of everybody... including media jackals. This is their chance to win the lawsuit lottery, they'd better not pass it up.
In the 911 call she says "it's me and my black girlfriend, and the guy -- there's like a white guy by the Duke wall". I assume she's talking about the wall that surrounds Duke's East Campus. N. Buchanan Blvd. runs north-south along the eastern boundary of Duke's East Campus which is the boundary closest to Durham. The "Duke wall" runs along the western side of Buchanan Blvd.
The address in question, 610 N. Buchanan St., is on the opposite side of the street, that is to say the eastern side of the street. It is on the northeast corner of an intersection where Dacian Ave. makes a "T" intersection with Buchanan Blvd. Actually, there's a traffic entry onto campus at that point so if you're westbound on Dacian Ave. you can go straight, crossing N. Buchannan Blvd., and enter campus. So there's a break in the "Duke wall" at that location. (If you didn't get that, then look it up on maps.google.com and it'll become clear.)
So, if the guy she says is yelling at her is "by the Duke wall", then he's not at 610 N. Buchanan Blvd., but somewhere on the western side of Buchanan Blvd. If the party goers scattered, then this is one location to which they could have fled, i.e. they fled across N. Buchanan Blvd. and back onto campus. So by the time she called, the party could have mostly been broken up.
I don't know how this modifies the time line but it's worth thinking about.
It would depends to me on what actually happened, and what each player's role was. If I wasn't at the party at all, I would sue, especially since they made me give a DNA sample. But the others who were there, especially the one who dealt with the stripper, may not necessarily want the full story of their conduct to be aired in open court. Just because they didn't rape the stripper (assuming that is true) doesn't mean they behaved in manner in which they would want the public to know about.
Thank, Oak Oak. That IS big news on this case. It's looking more like a setup now.
"Kim" says in the call she's parked out in front of the house "right now". Yet, LE appears two minutes later and no one seems to be there. If the caller was there as she said, she'd have known the party had already broken up.
Thanks for explaining that.
I guess this saintly carjacker/stripper has figured out that she can make quicker cash by suing Duke than by renting herself out for dances and favors for the next twenty years. What a conniver!
In the front section of last Sunday's News and Observer, the team roster with pictures and names appeared. I bet anyone who can prove they weren't at the party could sue them.
Well said. If there's one thing I hate, is when FReepers modify the titles. Leave the titles alone. We already know the MSM lies anyway.
I heard on Greta's show last night that the Stripper has an arrest record, including stealing a car from a John. Perhaps the Pimp was expecting a Porsche taken from these College boys.
16 of them were NOT at the party.
27 of them are on athletic scholarship and NOT rich like the media would have you believe.
The DA didn't need to bring the media into this, but he wanted to score points. He went on every show out there including a Canadian Network.
