Since my wife passed I have been interested in this question.

Women will tell you to your face that they want a sensitive guy who will truly care for her (himself as well) and treat her special.

Then, the next time you see her, she's with some dude who at least on occasion takes a smack at her, sits on the couch most of the day, and cheats as often as is humanly possible.
And she's lovin it and suckin up to it to the max.

I know the feeling. As a older teen and then in my 20s, I was continually told that I was too nice a guy. I was told that a woman wants to be smacked around to prove that the man cares.

This is why I didn't marry until nearly 30. I am alergic to idiots.

They only want sensitive guys as friends. Now if the sensitive guy is built to suit them, that all changes.
