I don't know how much of this video has been digitally enhanced, but I can tell you that at least part of it ain't "for real."
Take a look at the part where the three tires roll up the ramp in succession and tip it like a see-saw. At least two of those tires actually slow down and then accelerate as they move up the ramp, which tells me that they aren't rolling on their own.
