Mr. Schreckengast faces similar charges for an incident on Jan. 15 near Mifflinburg when he allegedly exposed himself to a 15-year-old Amish girl. In a few months, we'll read about him being hauled off to jail for raping a little kid...and everyone will wonder why they missed the signs.
