My Wife Confronts Illegal Alien Teenagers Waving Mexican Flags
opinion | 3/28/06 | brianbaldwin

Posted on 03/28/2006 1:51:05 PM PST by Brian_Baldwin

My Wife does volunteer work for an Elementary school in the a city in the San Francisco Bay Area, California. She is on site counsels and committees. She knows all the students, and in fact many if not most, know, and love her. The Principal and school officials are always calling her, and taking advantage of her social conscious and intelligence, and her excellence with children. I have a child who attends that school.

Today I receive a phone call from my wife. The cell is ringing, I think it's work related. A quick look at the incoming id, it’s my wife.

“You know what”, she says - she was going by the elementary school. A crowd of over 50 teenagers, on the school grounds where children will need to congregate, waving Mexican flags. I listen carefully to her words. She was on her way to an errand when she saw them on the campus. She tells me, how she knows the children of the school, and how these teenagers - she doesn’t recognize them. She tells me these teenagers, “don’t attend the school - at least, I don’t recognize any of them”. She would know.

My wife’s voice is not shaking. She is very strong, in so many ways.

And then I am told what she did.

She stopped the car, and went to them. She was just on the grass crossing. She told them, “Hey - who are you? What are you doing here?” - she did not tell me their reaction. I did not need to ask, because I know that they gave crap, and crap looks. She calls on the cell phone to the principal, but the principal was already on the way out to take in the scene. “Hey - if you guys want to become American citizens, then why are you waving American flags!” she says right at them so all can hear.

My wife is very brave. I thought in my mind, how much I respect and love her.

She was not mean, not rude. She is right on the money with her words.

I do not need to tell you everything that happened then. I will let you know, some didn’t even know what she said, I don’t think they understood the English. And some others, they spit out towards her. The spit missed.

I want you to know how proud I am of my wife.

Other school officials, I am surprised to say, probably because they respect her so much, are now telling these teenagers they do not belong here and must leave. My wife goes on to her errand, but the school told her they will follow up with her and let her know what the police did once they arrive.

I have something to say. It is what tens, hundreds, of thousands are saying. I say this is the fault of George Bush. I would not spit on him, but thinking of my wife, I certainly enjoying thinking of spitting on George “W’s” stupid face. Six years this idiot wasted our precious time on this critical and historic remaking of our nation, this threat. Those were six precious years. Wasted. All he ever could tell me about is his stupid guest workers program, and he's still forcing the great betrayal. I will always remember the Bushies - I think of them as my enemy now. I am not alone. The Republican Party has been damaged by these idiots. Now we will see if we can either take the party, or make new history. Certainly history is going to be made, but likely Bush is becoming such a lame duck it won't be the Bushies who are going to do it. Even if the illegals win, it won't be because of the Bushies who are part of pushing this Bush agenda, this corporate agenda - because, they are losing so much that they have little, no, respect among way too many now to effect anything. So all they can do is snipe and act as if Bush is even listening to them anyway, which he is not.

The Bushies say how dare any of us tell it like it is, that Bush sucks. But they can’t stop us, because there are too many on our side, and not on their side. Bush is losing power, each day he bumbles another mistake, politically tone deaf like the Bushies who follow him, another outrage, another idiocy. In fact, we don’t have to really do anything, Bush and the Bushies are all doing it to themselves. When someone says the truth about how Bush sucks, all they can do is snipe little insults, they image that they even count for something politically. They count for very little, and soon they will count for nothing. With each antic, my side wins, and becomes bigger. Just watch.

I am glad when I hear their reaction, not just because it is so expected, it helps my side so much.

A Marine (Ed E.) told me, “I am afraid that George W. sold out this country for votes in the Latino community. I feel badly that the USA will suffer because of this idiocy.” Another Marine friend of his told me, I ad lib because I don’t have his exact words down, ‘Bush's immigrant plan is a political cesspool (those words I do remember) . . . we are told no one (citizens) to do the millions of jobs so we have to have the 20 million illegals, the same policy makers are telling us we have 20 million poor in this country and unemployment … and, no jobs for our unemployed? This does not make sense.” Ed adds, “Americans are now competing with illegals for low paying jobs, which do not have to be low paying, and that worries me given the educational opportunities, our schools are becoming failures, where are those citizens (going to go) do?‘

Exactly, my Marine friend.

Let's all sing along to the Brian Baldwin Theme Song!:

Remember when you ran away and
I got on my knees and begged you
Not to leave because I'd go berserk?
Well,You left me anyhow and then the
Days got worse and worse and now you
See I've gone completely out of my mind.
And,

They're coming to take me away, ha-haaa.
They're coming to take me away, ho ho, he he, ha ha,
To the funny farm, where life is beautiful all the time
And I'll be happy to see those nice young
Men in their clean white coats and
They're coming to take me away, ha-haaa!

You thought it was a joke and so you
Laughed, you laughed!
When I had said that
Losing you would make me flip my lid - right?
You know you laughed, I heard you laugh,
You laughed, you laughed and laughed, and then you
Left, but now you know I'm utterly mad.
And,

They're coming to take me away, ha-haaa.
They're coming to take me away, ho ho, he he , ha ha,
To the happy home with trees and flowers and chirping birds
And basket weavers who sit and smile
And twiddle their thumbs and toesAnd they're coming to take me away, ha-haaa!

I cooked your food, I cleaned your house
And this is how you pay me back
For all my kind, unselfish loving deeds? Huh?
Well, you just wait--they'll find you yet
And when they do they'll put you in the
RSPCA you mangy mutt!
And,

They're coming to take me away, ha-haaa.
They're coming to take me away, ho ho, he he, ha ha,
To the funny farm, where life is beautiful all the time
And I'll be happy to see those nice young
Men in their clean white coats and

They're coming to take me away, ha-haaa!
To the happy home with trees and flowers and chirping birds
And basket weavers who sit and smile
And twiddle their thumbs and toes
And they're coming to take me away, ha-haaa!
To the funny farm, where life is beautiful all the time
And I'll be happy to see those nice young
Men in their clean white coats and
They're coming to take me away!

I don't like the Bay Area anymore. On that, you can count me in. I was born in California, though I have traveled all over the world. And yes, I want to get out. But, then I also want to stand and fight. Several times now, I have gone to Texas, Oregon (no), Washington (no), and several other states, thought about the Carolinas, Virginia, and such. In the end, maybe I will leave. I won't be alone, there are huge numbers of Californians getting out - the ones leaving no doubt will face a cold welcome in other states considering California. But, the ones who are leaving are the ones who actually make the economy of the state. It is not the illegal aliens who make the economy, that is all a lie. They cost us here in California, and it is one big bill. For now, though, I will fight.

What's your point? That there are so many conservatives who are not a Bush buffalo? Ok, you are right. There are a lot of conservatives who now openly say Bush sucks. I am one of them. I am not alone. Please, though, continue your Bushie buffaloes. You only help me. Thanks!

Oh goody, Brian Baldwin Bush Bashing is back..

In the past I have been a rabid supporter of George W. Bush. Being a Texan I supported him way before most folks had ever even heard of him.

"W" isn't being bashed, he was hired to do a job and in the case of immigration he is a failure. As the govenor of Texas he knew about this problem years ago. It should have been one of the BIG things he immediately staretd working on after he took office. This is a problem he is very aware of.

Bush is not alone, other presidents have been remiss in allowing this invasion to start and continue. The thing about Bush is that he is a Texan and he is buddys with Vincente Fox and he should have put his foot down. But he has not, heck the guy cannot even veto an unconstitutional "campaign finance" law.

Watch "W" and Congress wimp out because they can't do the right thing because they are afraid that all the invaders will start being violent. The media sometimes call Bush a cowboy, that appears to be incorrect.

If "W" and Congress allow these people to bully them then as a country we are just in the $hits!

I certainly enjoying thinking of spitting on George “W’s” stupid face.

Sounds like you've been posting on DU again.

That said, a local talk show in Greenville, SC was discussing the immigration bill, specifically Senator Graham's vote. Based on the calls, and I listened for about 2 hours, Senator Graham will lose the prefix 'Senator' in a couple of years.

Unless, of course, he swaps to the party that he's supporting and runs as a democrat.

What did you do to help Bush get elected?

I can tell you, I did more than you ever did.

The fools like you, you don't know how to play the politics and make the difference. It was those such as me that pulled the rabbit out of the hat for Bush. Boy, what a mistake. But don't worry, the Bushies can forget it now. We aren't going to help them, because they don't respect their true friends in kind. Now watch as we play the real game of politics that Bush and his tone deaf followers can see, hear, or understand. Turn on the radio. Listen.

Listen to the radio, scan the dial. Tune into the conservatives. It isn't just the American people who are on my side, the preponderance of conservatives on the radio are as well. The Bushies (the ones who went along with every outrage that it is now becoming a laughing matter) - they are not only being rejected by the American people, but by a preponderance of talk shows. They can't stop the word, with their stupid snipes. I want them to snipe more, each time I win.

I am disappointed by President Bush as well but always knew where he stood on the issue of legalizing illegals, even then, supported him because I "knew" Congress would never give him support to do so.

How wrong I was. It is really stupid to do so now, of all times just before 2006 and with 2008 coming just around the corner.

I will not vote for any Republican that sells out in 2006 and certainly no candidate for 2008 will get my vote. It's time to "show 'em or fold 'em."

Look at the Red States - they may no longer be Red in 2006 and certainly not in 2008.

My wife is going the call the RNC, too. By the way, this is all about the Bushies, not necessarily the Republican Party. There are good people in the Party, and there is still hope this outrage will be stopped. Certainly, the Bushies are losing all power, and actually, they are becoming a joke.
