Hmmmm - I was working in Pleasant View yesterday, which is just up the just up the road from where this occurred.

She's probably manic depressive.
A girl from my hometown, whom I know well, is manic depressive, and she used to do things like this. Unlike Miss Peterson, however, this girl was an absolute doll. Crazy as a loon, but gorgeous.
