Here's the deal...Simon does NOT want Chris to win...he's a hard person to market to the masses. He wants Kelli Picker because they've already made so much money from Carrie Underwood's success. They realized how much money is in Country Music. And that's the bottom line.

My bet is McPhee sings some obscure song too. She and Chris have a habit of doing that.
I heard Elliott is singing Somebody to Love. That could be good.

The eye liner was the best part of that performance. I really like the guy, I do. Stop shouting at me, Chris.
I've decided that Paula keeps her hooch in her product placement cup, because she gets progressively drunker throughout the show. I predict that by Taylor's performance she'll be dancing on the table.

Is Chris so safe that he can pick this really obscure song? I do think you score better by singing hits. Actually ,I think it was a good thing Chris picked this song. They won't be comparing his performance to a known version, or saying it was karaoke.

What was on the Drudge report?Buckey cover for his twin brother Rockey, after a car wreck, and when it went to trial, the witness picked out the wrong twin, so all charges were dropped. Something like it anyway..

>>Randy: "The last couple of weeks has been all bad songs." Truer words were never spoken on this show.
Why is that? I mean, someone could at least have done "Bicycle Race" and really had a great time.

If Chris is pulling votes then he has fans and they will buy his stuff.
I don't buy him not liking Chris.

Katherine was going to rock and changed it to a ballad. WTH?
To: TonyWpi

She was destined for bouncing -- Queen Lateefah is probaly the on;y big woman who can pull off the whole look.
