Look at the bright side:

This will force Ace to sing "Raspberry Beret", and we'll be done with him once and for all.

"The rejected 'Idol' is immediately taken into a private room, in which a psychologist and an 'Idol' management rep are present. No one is allowed to enter while certain issues are addressed"

This is kind of creepy.

http://www.poemhunter.com/lyrics/prince/ (many of Prince's song lyric's here)

Oh so many Prince songs "Ace, Touch My Scar" could sing.
The nail in the coffin for him would be...

Baby I’m a Star

1,2,3,4
Hey, look me over
Tell me do u like what u see?
Hey, I ain’t got no money
But honey I’m rich on personality
Hey, check it all out
Baby I know what it’s all about
Before the night is through
U will see my point of view
Even if I have 2 scream and shout

Baby I’m a (star)
Might not know it now
Baby but I r, I’m a (star)
I don’t want to stop, ’til I reach the top
Sing it (we are all a star!)

Hey, take a listen
Tell me do u like what u hear?
If it don’t turn u on
Just say the word and I’m gone
But honey I know, ain’t nothing
Wrong with your ears
Hey, check it all out
Better look now or it just might be 2 late (just might be 2 late)
My lucks gonna change tonight
There’s gotta be a better life
Take a picture sweetie
I ain’t got time 2 waste

Oh baby I’m a (star)
Might not know it now
Baby but I r, I’m a (star)
I don’t want to stop, ’til I reach the top
Sing it! (we are all a star!)

Everybody say, nothing come 2 easy
But when u got it baby, nothing come 2 hard
You’ll see what I’m all about (see what I’m all about)
If I gotta scream and shout (if I gotta scream and shout)
Baby baby (baby) baby (baby) baby (baby)
Yeah
Yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah (star)

Might not know it now
Baby but I r, I’m a (star)
I don’t want to stop, ’til I reach the top
Sing it! (star)

Baby baby baby
Oh baby I’m a (star)
Baby baby baby
Somebody
(we are all a star)

(baby I’m a star)
We are all a star

We are all a star

Doctor!
Baby, baby, baby, baby,
Baby, baby, baby, baby
We are all a star

{backwards talking in the background}
Like what the fu-k do they know.
All their taste is in their mouth.
Really. what the fu-k do they know?
Come on baby. let’s go... crazy

Who the *&$%@ keeps voting for Bucky?? Stop it, stop it I say!

I do. I don't think he's the best singer and don't think he should win the whole thing (Taylor's my choice), but I want him to stick around 'til they give him a makeover. I think he'd be a great looking guy if they'd give him over to Stacy, Clinton and Nick from TLC's What Not To Wear : )

"because Prince apparently hates the show and has never even watched it." A rep for Prince didn't return calls.

I saw that segment on Fox. They commented on it will be cool to see if he actually offers any comments.

They also mentioned that Bruce Springsteen might be a guest judge, too.

In both cases they mentioned 'guest judges' as opposed to 'Prince music week'. Can you imagine what that might have been like? LOL

C.J.: Paris' 'Idol' nature is no act, her friends insist

Paris Bennett can't possibly be as perky as she seems on "American Idol," can she?

"My girlfriend Rhonda Jenkins asked me that," said Twin Citian Joyce Mayes, who is the mother of one of Bennett's two best friends. Her daughter Kiana, an Edina High senior, and Cally Eastman, an Edina grad, were interviewed recently at Bellanotte by an "AI" crew for a piece about Bennett, who also attended Edina High. That piece may air on the FOX-TV show in the next week.

"She is perky and funny. She laughs a lot, and I think she is excited about the whole experience," Joyce said.

Said Cally, who is in Oklahoma attending Victory Bible Institute: "Yes, Paris is as perky as she seems on TV. She's loud and wild and crazy; a ton of fun."

The Mayeses and Eastman are going to L.A. this week to see Bennett and be in the audience for a show.

Although Paris is an incredible singer (it's part of her lineage -- her mom is recording artist Jamecia Bennett and her grandmother is singer Ann Nesby, both alums of the Sounds of Blackness), she reportedly had another career aspiration.

Cally, the daughter of Wendy and Ace Eastman of Robbinsdale, said Bennett once wanted to be a doctor. Joyce suspects that ambition may have changed "now that this has happened."

Because Joyce is a hair stylist, I asked what she thought of Paris' poodle-ears coiffure. "Those are her ponytails," Joyce corrected me. "That's how her hair is on the 'Paris Bennett American Idol' T-shirt."

After the remaining 'Idols' say goodbye to their comrade, the rejected 'Idol' is immediately taken into a private room, in which a psychologist and an 'Idol' management rep are present. No one is allowed to enter while certain issues are addressed

Wow, that sounds a bit creepy, doesn't it? But I suppose it's necessary.
