Well, the Love Boat story goes on and one and on...

I'll bet the first half hour of court was quite interesting, listening to high-paid lawyers discuss exactly what constitutes a lap dance.

I thought I'd post this story because of the potentially titillating headline. It seems sure to get some responses from the FR crowd.

Opinions or comments - anyone?

I never really understood why what they did was considered criminal. Are the alleged to have hired prostitutes (and if so, why would professional athletes ever have to PAY women to sleep with them?)

If it's just lap dancing and sexual touching, doesn't that happen in strip clubs around the country (not in Virginia, mind you, we don't allow that sort of thing, but other places).

I swear, these footballer guys must have the IQs of mud puddles.

Hah! The judge asked for a definition of a lap dance because he didn't know of any applying case law on the question. Now that is rich. Very rich indeed.

My sincerest apologies, MplsSteve. The comment was intended for the Lady of Millee.

There's no basis for this suit. That the woman gyrated in front of the guy doesn't mean she can sue him.

“lap dances”: when a dancer straddles a seated customer and may be rubbing her body against a customer’s genitals for sexual arousal.

Culpepper: "But I was not seated"
