Fleeing the snowballs are they?

Yes, sort of. They're fleeing snowballs with dirt in them that are being thrown by the Scalawag Army, a known rebel group working inside Canada. The rebels have already taken over large portions of the lesser inhabited areas in Manitoba and Ontario provinces. They have cut electricity, water, and supplies. We don't really know how bad the situation is until the relief workers return with an update.

But let's think about the money--I mean--the children. Let's think about the children. Can any of us imagine having to duck snowballs on a daily basis? All day long? It's a hellish existence. These are children in need.
