Why I Support President Bush and the ZOT!
Posted on 03/19/2006 6:29:28 AM PST by thousand dollar hamburger
I think he has a sincere desire to help everyone. he has even gone out of his way to embrace people like Hillary Clinton and Ted Kennedy. He does not hold grudges as shown by his willingness to bend over backwards to allow terrorist supporting nations to operate our ports. We need this type of benevolent leader.
Our President is not a cheapskate, as he has opened up our budget to give to anyone who might need anything.
Aliens from all nations are welcomed into our great country without having to deal with mundane bureaucratic State approval. Cutting government red tape -- that's the Bush way!
Yes, our Prseident even realizes that occupying as many countries around the world as possible is the best way to spread American ideals.
We are truly lucky to have this great man. I suggest that at 10:00 AM EST, we all stand up in unison and shout -- HOORAY FOR BUSH!!!

I thought about making some elaborate tale involving light pipes and such, but the truck worked well for my purposes.

Well, my Phi 101 professor talked about ethics for about 10 minutes and the rest of the time talking about prostitution (Unnngh!!!).
On second thought, maybe this should be filed under the Unnngh! thread as well...

"Most writers go through several drafts before completing their final product." The bulk of my text is done in a single sitting, then I go over it endlessly, adjusting words and descriptions here and there. Some call that polishing.
I also go back and re-read from the beginning several times, to check for continuity and such.
I almost never scrap a whole chapter. At worst, I'll realize I've gotten off to a bad start, and I'll delete maybe a page or so.
Most of my "writing" is done away from the computer, by my imagining the plot convolutions and developments. When that reaches a stage of completion, I type it out.

Actually, yes. I went to Mesa (east of Phoenix) for three days.

Depends. He doesn't talk about prostitution EVERY class--sometimes he talks about The Simpsons (namely Krusty brand products), the Matrix, and the Flying Spaghetti Monster (and his "noodly appendage").
I'll have to dig it up. Methinks it'd be a good thing to have on hand--right alongside the Savage book I usually carry.
Ya never know when the conservative lit. will come in handy.

Wow. I ususally just let the story write itself. It's easier that way, and I have less work to do in the long run.
Of course, it's been a while since I wrote anything...

My teachers used to think I was daydreaming.
Hah! Gold right there in their pan, and they didn't recognize it.

Not too bad. Just a quirky Philosophy prof, more dealings with the PHB, and working with a female friend (the same one from yesterday--see post 807)--we have the same PoliSci class and sit near each other.
Other than that, just the usual Thursday in the classroom ;)

I did. My sister-in-law and I shopped until neither of us could stand upright any longer! And then we did it again the next day...I'm glad I don't have to do that again for a million years...
